After a long day of work I raced to get there on a time crunch and made it 10 minutes before closing. I understand the irritation of a customer showing up right before closing, But in my case I was locked out and told "we are closed for the day". To which I did respond that they claim they were open for 10 more minutes, and that I knew exactly what I came in for and where it was. For it would take me less than 2 minutes to pay and get out of there. The little mean old lady told me "nope, nope. Too bad we are closed" and slammed the door in my face. Its wild to me any place treat a paying customer like that.

First thing we walked in the door and lady said oh my god; we're closing. It was 4:45 for crying out loud!!! We were able to walk through the whole store and saw a couple things we would have bought but we didn't want to disturb them and who wants to give business to someone that acts like that!!! Gee whiz, come on!

The prices are fair and haggling will get you many smiles, but only a small discount. But that is all part of the fun, don't you think? A fine place to browse for what you didn't know you needed!

They are knowledgeable about not only the music they sell, but also about parts for turntables and speakers. The owners and employees are super friendly and engaging, which is what you would expect out of a shop in downtown Goshen. The prices, however. Yeesh. So much of their used vinyl is marked up way higher than it should be. It's become a fun "window shopping" record store for me, but it's very difficult to justify the cost when they are often charging 40-50% more than most other places for vinyl in similar condition.

It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.
