I went to Genius Phone Repair today to see about having the charging port repaired on my…read moresmartphone. The gentleman at the store told me that they could repair it, but that there was no need since it was capable of wireless charging. I had completely forgotten that it was an option for the model of phone I had. He put it on a wireless charger and confirmed that it would charge and power up. I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. I sincerely appreciate that he didn't make me pay for an unnecessary repair or sell me the wrong charger.

Pocket fuzz had staged a full-scale invasion inside my charging port. These geniuses didn't just clean it out--they performed a delicate iPhone colonoscopy. They get an A+ when it comes to the repair of my Dell laptop, inspiring 3580! It was having tons of software issues, as I recently purchased it from a local pawn shop. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.
