I appreciated his honesty so much that I offered to buy a wireless charger there and this time he told me that he didn't have the charger model that worked best with my phone and recommended that I buy it at Best Buy. (illiterate when it comes to technology, something i never thought would happen to me) Anyways, I struggled to find the right place to bring my laptop in, because when you know very little about computers, you have no idea if your being taken advantage of, or even told the correct information. So the reason they didnt get a 5 start review is because I felt like the man who did the work on my computer was very rude and wasnt explaining anything to me. I have no idea if I overpaid, but I do know that good service is more than just fixing the issue. I want good service all around, and I did not get that here.

The phone had been working just fine, and I only wanted to be proactive in getting it fixed. Fast-forward three days after their repair, and the same lens is cracked again, despite no drops, bumps, or accidents. I took it back, assuming a business with "CPR" in the name might stand by their work. Wrong. They claimed the crack was due to a "puncture" and refused to honor their warranty, even though I had done absolutely nothing to cause damage. I asked what good a warranty is if it doesn't cover a repair that clearly didn't hold up, and they basically shrugged it off. Honestly, I would have been better off keeping the original, lightly cracked lens than paying for a replacement that failed within days. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I wouldn't trust this place with a phone case, let alone a repair.
