When I come home to visit family (whose computers I often fix), this is where I go for that extra stick of memory, ultra-long ethernet cable, new processor/heat sink, hdd. Yes, you can get some pretty sweet deals online, but these guys have provided me with some great advice online with my purchases. For instance: deciding between a Western Digital or Hitachi Hard Drive, which brand of memory will get me the longest performance, which capacitor on the motherboard was blown. There are a lot of "slicked-back-hair-computer-salesman" shops popping up around Mishawaka that absolutely drive me nuts to be in. This is one of the few that is not. Had brought my computer into this company because I thought that my hard drive was failing (was running slow and was making strange noises. Turned out the problem was the power supply. They did not stock this item so they had to order it. Told me it would be a couple of days. Actually took about a week to get the part. Repair was done but I was not notified. In fact at no time did I get a call with any kind of status update and only found out the repair was done by calling to check on the status myself. And the nightmare continued when I got the computer home. My antivirus software had been removed. The Adobe Acrobat software had been removed along with about 30 PDF books I had. Biggest kicker was the software for my printer had all the pathways to it changed so that none of the functions for it work. Did not have any problems with it before I brought it in. Would I recommend this place. Well, I checked on some parts while in there and they seem to have good prices on them, so you might be able to trust them on that. I would not in any situation bring a computer into here to have any kind of repair done. Simply, based on my experience, they can't be trusted on that. Won't be using them again. read more

As an experiment, I took the same computer in on 3 different days, to 3 different employees. I got 3 different quoted prices, ALL of which said I needed to scrap my computer and buy a new one. Now, Im not calling the company a rip-off, or the employees liars, but to have the manufacturers of the parts I want, and the manufacturers of the parts I already have BOTH agreeing that the configuration I intent to have is an optimal configuration, only to go into the store and have 3 different employees tell me that the parts are incompatible and I need to buy a whole new computer?
