I've been coming to this place for over 20 years, and they consistently go above and beyond. Not only are their prices fair, but their integrity and ethics are unmatched. The owner is truly exceptional--someone who takes great pride in the quality of work and customer care. I wouldn't trust anyone else with the services they provide. This company is, without a doubt, the best of the best. Highly recommended! Candace read more

Very knowledgeable and very easy to talk to and receive help. Prices are well within expectations.

I have used C&P in the past for my computer and hardware requirements. They are great to work with! My retired neighbor lady friend needed a new laptop. She wanted to have someone guide her through what would work best for her. We took her to the store to meet with sales department. The sales person Justen at C&P was so helpful ! He surveyed what laptop would work best for her and transferred data from her old laptop to the new one. Justen spent some time with her and setup the start screen and login that worked for her as well as how the new software operated. She was extremely happy and satisfied with C&P and the staff. There is satisfaction with purchasing from a local business that gives personal support after the sale. Thank You Justen ! read more

C&P Distributing and Computers, previously unknown but recommended by a friend, fixed my Mac perfectly. The service is fast, the techs knowledgeable, and the price of labor and repair is very reasonable. They take their time looking and seeing what the problem is. Then, it's explained and you make a choice of what you want to have done. I'd recommend them to anyone in need of computer problem solving! And of course, I'll absolutely return when help is needed. read more

When I come home to visit family (whose computers I often fix), this is where I go for that extra stick of memory, ultra-long ethernet cable, new processor/heat sink, hdd. Yes, you can get some pretty sweet deals online, but these guys have provided me with some great advice online with my purchases. For instance: deciding between a Western Digital or Hitachi Hard Drive, which brand of memory will get me the longest performance, which capacitor on the motherboard was blown. There are a lot of "slicked-back-hair-computer-salesman" shops popping up around Mishawaka that absolutely drive me nuts to be in. This is one of the few that is not. To sum it up: high quality, cutting edge product selection, great advice. read more

These guys have the best PC service in Michiana! Whether you want affordable parts or accessories, or service & repairs they are excellently priced and efficient. I send everyone to these guys. They blow away others like Geek Squad. After multiple visits, they have gotten to know me and my business and are very helpful. I would recommend C&P to anyone!! read more

I've been bringing my computers here for years, and they have done a great job of taking care of me. No appointment is necessary, just bring the tower in. I can't say just how happy I am with C & P, but have sent many friends there also with similar success with their computer problems. They get five stars+. read more

Had brought my computer into this company because I thought that my hard drive was failing (was running slow and was making strange noises. Turned out the problem was the power supply. They did not stock this item so they had to order it. Told me it would be a couple of days. Actually took about a week to get the part. Repair was done but I was not notified. In fact at no time did I get a call with any kind of status update and only found out the repair was done by calling to check on the status myself. And the nightmare continued when I got the computer home. My antivirus software had been removed. The Adobe Acrobat software had been removed along with about 30 PDF books I had. Biggest kicker was the software for my printer had all the pathways to it changed so that none of the functions for it work. Did not have any problems with it before I brought it in. Would I recommend this place. Well, I checked on some parts while in there and they seem to have good prices on them, so you might be able to trust them on that. I would not in any situation bring a computer into here to have any kind of repair done. Simply, based on my experience, they can't be trusted on that. Won't be using them again. read more

After a lightning strike that caused a power surge killing my PC, my insurance company wanted me to take it somewhere to get a repair estimate. The staff at C&P were knowledgeable and easy to work with. I'll be taking my devices there in the future for anything I can't tackle myself. read more

Had to drag my computer in to this place, that was hard to find, and it took weeks for me to get it back. They fixed the problem, but it ended up costing so much I would have been better off getting a new computer. read more

As an experiment, I took the same computer in on 3 different days, to 3 different employees. I got 3 different quoted prices, ALL of which said I needed to scrap my computer and buy a new one. Now, Im not calling the company a rip-off, or the employees liars, but to have the manufacturers of the parts I want, and the manufacturers of the parts I already have BOTH agreeing that the configuration I intent to have is an optimal configuration, only to go into the store and have 3 different employees tell me that the parts are incompatible and I need to buy a whole new computer? Suspicious, to say the least. read more

Once again I had the opportunity to use C & P. And once again I was very pleased with the service, friendliness, fast service and reasonably priced repair. Never have I dealt with any company that gave me constantly great friendly service. I am always surprised because unfortunately, there is no where else that you can expect this each time. Thank you!!! read more

C & P fixed our computer in 24 hours. We had a serious scammer change our software settings; locked us out of our own computer and risked our data and security. This busy place has an excellent local reputation for service, reasonable pricing, and solving residential computer nightmares. read more
