While Chuck seems to be a very nice man, today I felt cheated by him. When I called to tell him that I had a DSL connection issue, he asked a few questions and then suggested I bring the computer in to the shop, where the work would take a very short time. I took the computer in and 10 minutes and $45.00 later I was told it was fixed, but if I still had problems, to contact my server. Once at home, I had the same problem. I contacted Xfinity and they fixed the problem at no cost in a very short time while I stayed on the phone with them. When I called Chuck to let him know that I felt taken advantage of, since he knew Xfinity could have solved the problem at no cost, I was told that the $45.00 could be applied to "the deposit the next time you come in". It's a sure bet that I won't be returning, so hope they enjoy my $45.00. read more

I am a student that has felt ripped off and fooled too many times. I am always very skeptical walking in into an IT store, and especially so when it's located in a little white house. Within the first 5 minutes of entering "Nu 2 U" I figured out that it's very customer friendly, locally owned, and the people working on your computers/phones/techie things are actually there to quickly and efficiently. They checked my laptop right in front of me, and gave me an idea of might be wrong immediately. They do charge $45 upfront, but this goes toward your total service charge. Don't be worried about the somewhat shady looking exterior, this place is great. The staff are super friendly and professional, and they got my broken laptop fixed in a day. Got my PlayStation 4 fixed there, it took a week and was around $80 for what was wrong with it (lots lemme tell you). I get it back and it won't update so I figured they didn't fix it but a quick YouTube search showed me how to put it in safe mode and update it and that worked, again no fault of theirs. But the PlayStation works like brand new again. It sat for 5 months cause I wasn't willing to spend 200 on a used one and lose all my kids' save data and now it's all perfect. I had a cracked iphone back. My phone was insured, but the deductible would have been $160 to get a new phone through my carrier. I went to Nu2uPC and it took no more than 5 minutes to fix my phone and it cost me $25 plus tax. It was definitely worth it calling this place. My phone looks brand new! read more

Charged me for my tablet repair and after 4 weeks of having it tells me the repair center did not carry it in stock and if I did want it repaired I would have to wait longer and pay and additional $210 on top of the $90 I already spent and not wanting it repaired there I would still have to pay his shipping cost read more

I am happy to write a very positive review for this wonderful company. I run 5 seperate companies off of my laptop. My laptop is my office. Time is money. My screen would not turn on and after messing around with it for a while I started looking up who to take it to in my area. It was already after hours and I knew that my chances were slim to none. I found Nu2U Computers using Yelp. I called them and told them the problem. They said bring it on over. They had it fixed the next day. I took my lap top their had fixed with no problems, never filled out any agreements but everything went good. Took my Tashiba in and they fixed without calling me first to tell me what's wrong and or if I wanted it fixed just told me repair price. This upset me and told them it was wrong of them to go ahead and fix without my approval. I told them to put the old board back in and will pick up, Samantha asked what we were going to do with it because they would recycle it. (I am not stupid). She then said it would be 45.00 diagnostic fee. They told me I signed an agreement which I did not and told them to send me the copy I signed. Well I get in my email a completely forged filled out form with a forged signature and it was not even for a Tashiba it was for an HP laptop. I am pursing this with the police and will be guided from them as to what to do and what they will do. If they did this to me who else have or will they do this to. Once they sent me this false form I totally went email to have in writing and conversation. Their reply was "they will no longer communicate because of false accusation. I have the proof it was not my printing of the form or my signature. Now they also informed me that they can repair computers they fix remotely, over the phone which means they can be in your computer any time. I will also look into this with the police to see if spyware. read more
