AT&T, I can't say in a public format what those letters mean to me. Received yet another offer in the mail for their fiber internet service this week offering a $200 Reward Card for signing up. Filled out the form & at the end they tell me Uh-oh! Something went wrong & to call 844-813-2504 so we can help with your order. Called the first time & got dumped to a voice mail eventually that said the voice mail box has not been setup. Called the second time & requested another line which dumped me to another line that had a person who was speaking english? She thought! Anyway she was going to transfer me & ten minutes later came back on telling me she couldn't contact anyone & to please be patient. I told her I would give her 5 more minutes & then disconnect her. 5 minutes passed & I told her goodbye with a 10 second countdown. She finally called back & said she had someone on the line & they proceeded to tell me the $200 Rewards Card was only available if you order on-line. Better known as bait & switch in marketing! I told her this is the same BS they tried to pull on me when I was trying to setup a landline phone line when my 95 year old Mother-in-Law moved here 12/1/2021. They assigned her a phone number used by Stanton Optical, WTF! Anyway, If your looking for internet service in Mishawaka, IN I would look elsewhere if I were you. If your looking to save some money on a landline phone line call Community Phone Company or visit their FB page & start saving almost 50% per month today, you'll be glad you did. I never write reviews but I have to, I was amazed on how my customer service I got from Joshua S on Grape road Mishawaka. I'm newly 18 and was looking to get a new phone. Entering the adult world I didn't know about all the things that you have to do. Joshua was super patient with me. We had wonderful conversations while we had to wait 30 mins for my old phone to transfer into my new phone. He explained things in ways I could understand it. He never got annoyed when I asked to look at multiple cases or screen protectors and he would explain how each of them are different. I felt very safe and understood working with Joshua S. Amazing service. I hope he sees this and is recognized for his wonderful service. read more

Was waiting there for 20 minutes no help. I am fine with waiting when everyone is busy. But they had a guy like putting away phone cases and two people helping one customer! I was the only other one in the store. Not a good use of employees! read more

People who are working there clearly do not want to be there. The guy tried to kick me out of the door see with a quick fix before I even explained the issue that I have. As for AT&T as a company? Meh. I've always received so-so service from them. I recently changed homes, and I couldn't keep my old (again, very "meh") DSL from AT&T. In any event, this store in particular is the subject of the review. And the people there have always been helpful and friendly to me, even when I just wanted to duck in and pay my bill at the kiosk. I went in trying to upgrade a phone I received as a gift. They didn't have any in stock, for the second time, and didn't seem at all concerned that the 30 day limit was fast approaching. I asked for the manager, who didn't come out, but then was told they would bend their policy and hold one for me. But no guarantee or idea when the shipment would come. I asked about just returning it now and getting the new one later, but they couldn't credit my account or refund me (or the gift giver) because I didn't have their credit card in hand. Overall, there is just a sense that the employees (or is it corporate policy?) were trying to make things difficult. I left feeling very frustrated and have decided not to go back. As soon as our contract expires I will switch carriers. read more

Told her the phone was not working properly and was suggested I bring it to the store for reset or restart. She said "so, you want me to wipe everything off your phone?" Crazy. You do not want this liars store. They lie about Directv products and refuse to answer the phone. This store and ATT is a joke and they are terrible. I have tried to call them and they refuse to talk to me. My daughter went there with my account code after Directv told me she could go and talk to them about that account. The store rep would not talk to her or let her pay my bill. ATT is a bunch of lying thieves and if I was in better shape I would go back there. The little boy who was working flatly said no, we can't help you.I am an AT&T customer and have been for all of my life, as has been my family. came to upgrade my wife's phone, turned out that the at&t call center misinformed us about the quotation. which i understood and we kept our cool. when the salesguy had to talk to his manager, his manager started talking to us CUSTOMERS like she's our boss, telling us that they CAN NOT do what the call center said to us regarding the upgrade. The manager DEVIN, was not very helpful at all, she sounded like a boss talking to us instead. She raised her voice while (or she just has a loud voice tone) speaking. I am so frustrated that she takes care of business that way for at&t. I can't believe that at&t hired these kind of employees. On June 26th I had an AT&T representative come to my home to install my internet. This person proceeded to convince me that he could get me a much better price if I bundled my cell phone, internet and television. I listened to what he said and it sounded like it made sense so I asked him how I needed to go about it. He immediately took my cell phone and said he would handle everything. At the time I had Infinity television, Verizon for my cell phone and I believe I still had AT%T internet from my previous address. I asked him who I needed to talk with to get everything set-up and he stated that he would personally would take care of it all without me losing any of my services for any length of time at all. This employee proceeded to call Verizon and have my phone switched to AT&T, He then proceeded to call Infinity and cancel my service because he stated that AT&T would be out the very next morning to install my U-Verse television, and he was in the process of setting up my internet connection. I asked the gentleman several times should I not be the one talking to these different services and was repeatedly told he had it all covered and I needed to do nothing. He proceeded to set me up for auto pay even after I informed him that in all The years I had dealt with AT&T I had always received a paper bill in the mail and had sent my payment n because I do not like using auto-pay unless it is an absolute necessity. By the way I had the same landline phone number thru AT&T from 1981 until my spouse passed in April 2017. My tv shut off in the middle of a program later that same evening and when I called Infinity they stated my service had been requested to be discontinued immediately. The following day when no one from U-verse arrived to reconnect my television I called them and was told the soonest they could get a technician out would be July 19th. When I explained that the gentleman who had arranged everything had told me they would be out that day to install my U-verse, no one knew anything about it. I explained th them that my television was my main source of entertainment they said they could move it up to July 11th. The following week I was getting ready to leave to fill out job applications when a gentleman showed up at my door to install my U-verse. Naturally I missed out on a possible job interview. Then when I got an opportunity for a better job, I had to pay 48 dollars for the right to print off the application at my home printer., which needing a job having lost a third of my income at my spouse's death I agreed and paid the money up front. When I went to print off the application I found out that the technician had not connected my printer to my computer and at the age of 72 I do not have that knowledge, so I lost the opportunity for a better paying job plus the upfront money I had to put up as it was a government job. I Have the name of the original technician who came to my home because he also set everything up under my old account number because when the gentleman from U-verse came out he could not set up my U-verse until he verified that everything was supposed to have been set up under a completely new account number which he graciously took the time to make several calls to get it straightened out. But as he said he was not an internet technician and unfortunately could not assist with that problem. When I attempted to obtain a call to the original technician who set up my internet I got no response other than all that was needed was a 65 dollar part that I could purchase at Wal-Mart and it would solve the problem. I proceeded to obtain the part which changed nothing with my internet printer/computer connection other than I had to make a second trip to Wal-mart to return the item for a refund. I have dealt with AT&T since 1981 and never have I dealt with a technician such as the one I dealt with initially on June 26th,2019. I will not publicly state his name but if an AT&T supervisor would contact me I would gladly file a complaint against this employee as he has already cost me the possibility of 2 jobs and I still have no connection from my computer to my printer. At the same time I would like to Applaud the gentleman who came out and got the U-verse set up as I do not have his name. He was very courteous and made sure everything he had installed was in working order prior to leaving my home. Absolutely horrible customer service from this branch. None of the representatives genuinely care about helping you. I waited 1 hour, 45 minutes to even be helped by a representative, after being skipped over for several minutes. Do not go into this store if you can help it. Avoid it at all costs -- instead, head to the Apple Store literally 30 yards away. read more

My wife and I was in this store today and the service was absolutely ridiculous. I actually had to shout to find out if there was anyone working and all I got was "we will be with you soon". For the price they are getting for the phones and the services these days there are to be plenty of people working. Another confirmation why I do not do business with AT&T. AT & T as a company is a joke. I recently tried to cancel my service (land line, internet, cable) with AT & T and start with Comcast because there was a tremendous savings. This started May 4th. My service was finally disconnected on the 13th of May. The delay was because AT & T neglected to tell me that there would be a 7 to 10 day wait in order for them to release my land line number to Comcast. Comcast was terrific and I am enjoying my service with them, but that isn't the end of the story. On June 9th AT & T took out their monthly ACH payment for June's service. I called on June 16th and spoke with a very nice CS rep and he assured me that he would make the notations on my file and they can't do a direct deposit to my account, but they will be sending me a check within 72 hours. This past weekend (10 days later) I receive a form in the mail from AT & T wanting me to authorize an autopay program again. I called today and after going through five different departments and spending almost one hour on the phone, I was told that they would note that my account was cancelled and that they would send me a refund but it would take 30 to 90 days. The representative was very rude. As I tried to ask her why it would take so long she just talked over me and asked me why I switched services. Go Figure.... read more
