i worked for eyemart for a few years, i know how high of standards they hold themselves to. customers used to always be priority and we would always go above and beyond. anyway i went to this location for my teens glasses thinking i would receive the same service as a customer that i would see as an optician. the young lady that helped us was great. selection wasn't the best. we were able to use a coupon which helped with our budget. i got a message saying glasses were ready so we headed on in. only to find out that they ordered the wrong lenses so our waiting period had to start all over again and wait 7-10 business days read more

They are professional but also very nice and polite. Prices are reasonable. Made an appointment online which made it easy. The appointment was quick and efficient, very little waiting! I would recommend to others! Just have to wait for my contacts to be delivered so I can go pick them up. So much better than the place I went for the last 2 years. read more

They have a great variety of pipes, ranging from small little metal one hitters to huge glass water pipes (remember to use correct terms, we are in Michiana but not quite in Michigan). I no longer use nicotine, but they have a large variety of disposable vapes in all flavors, as well as cigarettes and pipe tobacco. As far as prices go, I am new to the area and haven't been able to get to the other smoke shops yet, but this place is a bit pricey compared to my home state. However, I learned they may be willing to haggle over price because I was shocked to see that a 2 part plastic grinder had a $9 tag, but the lady behind the counter (who I've seen each time and is always very helpful) quickly added "but I can do $5 for it." when she saw I was having to think twice (I'm on a tight budget). I could get a grinder like that for $3 at several booths at the flea market in my old state, but I'm tired of using my fingers and just wanted to get a grinder and go home. I bought the grinder and I'm glad I did. Smoking from my one hitter (also purchased here) is a lot easier now. Overall, I like this smoke shop and there is a chance that I will back next payday for a new pipe and maybe a slightly better grinder.

Leave work to pick them up, and they aren't there. Fed up with the gross incompetence, I ask for a refund and cancel the glasses. Guess who still hasn't called and guess who still doesn't have their money back. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOU SEEING AND YOUR MONEY!!!!!!

Doesn't seem like it up front but I got two pair of glasses with higher end frames with progressive AND transition lenses for $400. They wanted $375 for just one. That "free frame" deal is smoke and mirrors.

After months of excuses, I gave up and started wearing my old prescription). I am so glad that Sean and Nick adjusted the glasses so I can see again. They changed my eye pads, readjusted how the frames were sitting on my ears, and realigned how the bifocal and eye pads sat on my nose. What a miracle!
