He listened carefully to our wishes, double-checked his work, was willing to take all the time we needed, and was very attentive, personable and professional throughout. Neither of us could have asked for more. The opticians we dealt with were also efficient and careful. They also were very understanding of the complexities of our insurance and of our wishes for some nonstandard specifications. Our experiences both were efficient and seamless. We will recommend both Dr. Longnecker and Eyemart Express very highly.

I finally paid collections. I'd not recommend MyEyeDr. They really ripped me off IMO and wasted an hour or more of my time on phone calls.

I had to pay 99 for just the exam and then they said my contacts were 150 a box, where Im used to paying 50 a box. I said I was just going to buy them on 1800contacts and to just charge me for the exam and I would just get glasses later. They said they would price match me on the contacts so I went ahead and got them. I couldnt find any lens in the store under 100 bucks so I got a pair for 110. Then the lens were crazy expensive since im now on multifocal. The tech offered me a deal if I signed up for the club for 20 bucks where I got 50% off my glasses. So my total price was 500 instead of the 800 full price for glasses and 2 boxes of contacts. I am happy I did get a discount, however, I was only expecting to pay 300 at first.

It literally was the place to be back in the day. I've seen the changes throughout the years, and I think it's still a great place to hang out. They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.
