They are still under warranty. I waited a couple of weeks and decided to call and check on the order and as it turns out there was no order. They couldn't find the order and they were telling me that the order wasn't paid for when I know it was. I finally paid collections. I'd not recommend MyEyeDr. They really ripped me off IMO and wasted an hour or more of my time on phone calls.

He came across as short-tempered, unprofessional, a man-child who is unable to regulate his emotions. He expressed irritation about a staff member to me, which was completely inappropriate. When I asked a simple question to clarify my prescription, he responded in a dismissive and irritated tone, as if my question was challenging his expertise. At one point, while I was being helped by Kristen with ordering my frames, he interrupted and demanded to speak with her immediately, pulling her away mid-conversation. There was no regard for the fact that she was actively assisting a patient. His behavior created an uncomfortable and tense environment throughout my visit. Quite frankly, his lack of professionalism and inability to maintain his composure makes him ill-suited for a role that requires direct interaction with patients.

They've remodeled, and there are new stores and restaurants. There aren't many malls in the area now. There were other ones to visit back then, but they're all gone now. So, it's nice to know this one is still standing strong for the community. By the way, there are two Chick-fil-A's in the Mishawaka area. We prefer to come to the one in University Park Mall because it's less busy. Both are busy places, but this one isn't as congested. I'm also glad to see Barnes and Noble in this mall. With many book stores closing, I don't get to find one too often. On the weekends, it's hard to find parking, but honestly, it has been that way since I was growing up.
