Casey went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND helping me. Unfortunately I have had more issues since with billing and AGAIN Casey has helped ABOVE and BEYOND!! My experience with Verizon has not been the best with phone activation and billing, but Casey has been my rock through it. If it hadn't been for her, I probably would have said adios. The phone has been dead and not used since June 5. This is absolutely unacceptable.
