They first tried to charge me full price again and then refused to even order a replacement battery for weeks. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I took it to another laptop shop, and they said the battery wasn't the issue; it was the laptop battery cord. As I tried to resolve issue with company, the tech would identify new problem not initially diagnosed and would add more work and more labor cost. After second failure I called again to try and resolve the issue. I expressed to tech that I would not be paying anymore money because each time prior the computer would fail to work as was promised upon just the initial try. The tech made it clear to me that they would not refund my money and insinuated that it was likely me that damaged the power jack he changed out the first time. To be fair, he offered for me to bring it in again for him to look at it, but after my two previous encounters with him I had no confidence that he would be able to fix the problem. Plus, my daughters schooling is not going to wait until he was able to figure it out after two attempts. Thought about taking company to small claims court, but it's not even worth my time. I'll just avoid them next time I need repair. Had to buy a new computer and will just take my time to fix this one myself after I research the underlining problem.
