No help when I asked to help reset the password on the email account on my phone. Tried to tell me Hotmail was no longer supported.

Always hate going to the Verizon store on Power Road and Southern. They always have an excuse for everything.

In July of 2024, my wife and I went to T-Mobile in Superstition Springs Mall. Phone number…read more480-641-3278 We wanted to get internet and had already had 5 phone lines for 13 years with T-Mobile. Paul, the manager, convinced us to get 4 NEW phones and internet. He convinced us by stating that we would get a $200 digital Mastercard in an email from T-Mobile after 3 months of keeping the internet. We have kept the internet and made ever payment since. It's now April 8th, 2025. I urge you to escalate this FRAUD to anyone who cares and FIRES ALL FRAUDULENT EMPLOYEES at that store immediately. I've personally gone into the store over and over, aquireing about the $200. Three times, they stated I submitted incorrectly online, but all three times, I submitted them in their face and with their help. T-Mobile would deny it because I didn't acquire the internet through T-Mobile directly. SO WHY ARE THESE FRAUDSTERS STATING to sign up in store and submit. To this day and at the beginning of every month I have walked in or called that store and they promise up and down that they will give a bill credit every month of $90 till the $200 is payed in full. This has yet to happen, and I have multiple recordings providing fraudulent activities. I'm millimeters from filing a lawsuit and making T-Mobile stop false advertising. This is my last resort, but it is the best route I can see. I'm sure the many other people in line that had complaints similar wouldn't mind a class action either. I've had it with Paul, the manager and the scammers at that store.

T-Mobile store on lower level near JC Penney's at Superstition Springs Mall in Mesa…read more If I could give it ZERO stars I would. All I wanted to do was get a new phone for my niece and add her line to my account. The manager, Paul, told us in order to do that she would have to change her phone # and then made it sound like a good deal by talking me into a new phone. Said in order for me to get the free phone (which he didn't tell me that it would be free just by turning in my old phone) I had to have 3 lines on my account and in order to keep my original phone number (which I had since 2001 with them) , I would have to pay $20 extra a month for the next 2 years and that my bill would be $120 per month (when actually it was going to be over $165). When I tried to cancel the sales a couple days later Paul told me that he would have to charge me a $35 restocking fee per phone. T-Mobile on Signal Butte stated that all of this was not correct and that he should have waived the fee since I purchased it there. Paul was not willing to work with me so I decided to go to T-Mobile on Signal Butte. There, they cancelled my portion of the sales, waived the restocking fee and gave me a new phone with the exchange of my old one and I was able to keep my phone # at no extra cost. My bill will be $121 per month. T-Mobile at Superstition Springs is 3rd party and is not busy enough so they sell you things you don't need and add extra costs just to make their sales. I suggest that customers go to an actual retail store, like the one on Signal Butte, who will do everything they possibly can to make a customer happy.

I felt like crying I was so upset and I walked by the Celltech booth and received amazing help by the gentleman out front of the Cinnabon today on 9/14/25. He provided great customer service and had my screen entirely replaced by the time we finished grabbing a couple items in a store. Less than 15 minutes and I had a brand new screen with a 30 day warranty if anything goes wrong. I would highly recommend going here if you need anything on ur phone fixed.

Right away he took my phone and put the case on (see through plastic case, no protection, just decorative) and told me to come to the other side to pay. I went to pay using Google Tap and the tap wouldn't work. At no point did we discuss the cost. This is my fault for assuming a decorative plastic case was not around $10 as it is in most markets. His square reader would not work and multiple times I told him it was fine. I needed to get back to work. I am a store manager at another retailer inside the mall. He took my phone from my hand and continued to try to pay. He also went through my Google wallet and at this point I was somewhat dumbfounded and didn't speak up. He gave me a reciept for $33. I had to get back to work and just walked away. I went back when I got off to get a refund and he proceeded to YELL at me in the middle of the mall amd belittle me by telling me I'm a horrible person and a bad lady. Customers literally walked away as he was yelling at me. Finally he decided to refund me after stating he wasted his product because he can't resell it now that I had it in my possession for more than 10 minutes. This was the absolute WORST service ever. He's willing to treat neighboring retail workers this horribly I can't image how bad he treats customers. I did advise him this case was on amazon for $10 and he said he's aware that nobody can beat their prices. It was just super uncomfortable he had my phone in his hand and was looking for my card numbers. It's very "scam like" behavior. Especially when he is dishonest about how much the products cost, then charges more.
