Schedule very busy so this…read morereview is even better than it would have been: We had our iPhone 5, yes it works just great, and the battery would drain too fast! Since I like to support local merchants, I asked if they could solve this issue, here in the Port Washington location, (after turning on this important street corner of town, going past this great IFixScreens store since it opened a few years ago). Tony said bring in the phone and for way less than anyone else offered, Tony replaced the original 8 years old original battery and after several months since he quickly changed the battery, the phone charges up fast, and stays charged all day into the night just great. He did the replacement while I waited it was done and perfect in less than 10 minutes. AND there's more... I brought in my Apple MacBook Air as that battery lasted less than 10 minutes, and Tony ordered the battery, and when it arrived really in just a few days he called and texted me, I returned since he had the battery- In less than 5 minutes my great computer was all set with a great new battery, which Tony did including the labor and parts for far less than any other place offered, and in fact Apple wouldn't replace it since they don't replace batteries on that 2011 model. I had seen a video and was going to do it myself, although it is kind of difficult to open that Airbook, and I really didn't wan't to chance ruining this nice laptop. Tony did it all for really just a few more dollars than a replacement that I might have attempted myself. What a relief to find this store and its great crew. The computer hardly needs charging now, I charged it and while it sleeps it barely uses any of the charge and it is working perfectly again. The iPhone is functioning great and holding charge superbly. I'm planning to bring my 5s model in here soon as that battery is fairly in need also. I told Tony it's places like yours and your friendly service that make it a real joy to spend reasonable amounts to get great value. Go here for glass breaks, batteries, or just to meet Tony and staff : great people that will bring you a smile.
