    By far worst company ever had them for 2 years I'll never go back. If you want to live in 1995 go with Optimum it's worst then dial up

The low level customer service and the way the company bilks customers is astounding. They claim to be giving you a five (5) year price lock. In my case, two months later they change the name of your promotion to Promotion for Life. They say that this means that only the taxes can go up if they do, but not the price for the service in my case, $40.00 with $5.66 in taxes for a total of $45.66. Do not be fooled. All their promotions, regardless of names, can be renamed and repriced at any time. They actively promote Autobilling, which means they take the money directly out of your bank account each month. It is not worth getting a $5 reduction to have these crooks get access to your bank account. Once you provide them with your bank account number, they can help themselves to any amount. Prices with Astound change at the drop of a hat. They do this by claiming that your plan's name was changed. What this means is that they hiked the price. Am actively going to see if I can find a better deal elsewhere. These people are nasty and only interested in bilking customers. These are seasoned scam artists.

    I am dealing with Fios for about 7 years. The service is generally good. However, if there is a…read moreproblem, resolution is difficult. They waste 30 minutes with you on the phone, before you can speak to a tech. (Most times you wait up to one hour on hold) The tech then tells you to perform various tasks which require you to crawl around on the floor checking various connections. He assures you that the problem is in your home. (A loose wire, etc). Miraculously, the next morning it fixes itself. The tech also tells you that you will be charged if they come to your home and it is an internal problem. This is not service, this is a threat. My next issue is they offer you a new service (Gigabit internet). It sounds good, but I notice no difference in speed from my previous 75 mgs service. I brought this to their attention and they show no interest. I asked to go back to my 75mps (I am paying $15.00 for this new useless service), and for the forth time (I am a slow learner) they refused. I will change companies after my "contract" is up.

Big Big Big shouts to Christal and in a close second place, the manager of this store, they were phenomenal. I came in with not such an easy asks, which included moving my prepaid number to my postpaid account and postpaid to prepaid, I had a locked e-mail address in the system and some other things that needed tending to. Christal spent the time with me and was calm, cool, collective and super sweet, kind and helpful every step of the way. I am so grateful for Christal, her manager, T-Mobile overall for providing stellar customer service. T-mobile overall is a company all brands should aspire to be like because they provide a great service at a very reasonable price and along with that comes excellent customer service in person and over the phone. If you are in the Queens or Long Island area visit this location too for your next phone, they are EXCELLENT. One more quick story, one of the staff members was about to run out quickly for lunch and saw a customer walk in. He stopped his lunch plans to help out this gentleman. I mean c'mon you don't hear of people doing things as wonderful as that, these days anymore. It just shows how incredible this T-Mobile branch is! Folks just stop with Verizon and AT&T and come on over to T-Mobile, you will thank me (I'm a customer who just loves everything about the service and cannot stop raving!!).
