UPS took too long to deliver the phone I ordered from T-Mobile, it was kind of a drawn out saga, for two days I had no idea what happened to this new phone until it was delivered. So I didn't really trust UPS to deliver the trade in. I was helped fairly quickly despite the fact that the store was crowded. Joshua helped me and he was amazing. He worked efficiently on inspecting the phone and accepting it. I'm very happy with T-Mobile and the help I've gotten whenever I've walked into a store for whatever reason. Not only that but even the phone delay was not their responsibility they made things right the best way they could by giving me a credit on my next bill. Even though it was UPS' fault and not theirs.

They set up our telephone network systems, the computer network infrastructure, and the business email for all of my employees. They also come to my company once a week to work on any issues that cannot be resolved over the phone.
