    Sam was awesome! He fixed my laptop within a day. Excellent communication, reasonable price and the quickest service out there.

    It's very concerning that I see almost the exact same experience I had at this store in another…read morereview. Do not sign up for any service or complete any sale at this store. Apparently it's store policy to deceptively sign you up for additional lines, and you'll be paying a higher plan bill as a result. I went in to replace a broken phone. I left with a new phone and a higher plan. It was my understanding that the higher cost was a payment plan for the new phone. Nope. I was originally paying $45/month for my plan. The sales rep signed me up for a second line, and a new plan that is $122 month. The phone is "free" for the second line. My bill increased $77 a month. The phone cost was $800. So after ~10 months I expected the phone to be nearly paid off. Nope. That $77/month was for the new service the store sales rep signed me up for without explaining what they were doing. And after almost a year of payments, there is still over $400 left on the cost of the phone as part of a 24 month agreement. So let's do that math. That extra $77 a month for 24 months for this new phone plan is $1,848. The phone outright cost $800. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I do not have a spare $1,000 to gift to T-Mobile. I recommend everyone who experienced this to file an FCC complaint against T-Mobile and this specific store.

I regret regret being with T-Mobile. And I'm going to post my story every single day until my phone is finally unsuspended. Two weeks ago my phone was stolen, so I did what's only right. I reported my phone stolen. Four days after that, I retrieved my phone back. So I went to the T-Mobile store and I unsuspended my phone. The insurance company decided to not only suspend my phone again ( even though I told them I found my phone ) and I had to wait 2 to 3 business days. That's what I've been told for the past two weeks that I have to wait 2 to 3 business days for them to un suspend my phone. and then they proceeded to send me a new phone which I didn't authorize. So I had to hunt for a phone that I did not authorize to send back so they can unsuspended my phone.. Now we're on week two finally the phone is sent back. Do you think after all of that my phone can be unsuspended absolutely not now I have to wait another 24 to 48 hours for them to un suspend my phone because that has nothing to do with the insurance company for some strange reason that was told to me. I've been going back-and-forth with supervisors with T-Mobile customer service and nobody seems to help me.!!! After the 24 to 48 hours after two weeks of this, they still can't unsuspended my phone. Finally, I go into the T-mobile store after two weeks. The customer service people told the associate in the store and said my phone is suspended again. And I have to wait another 2 to 3 business days. I'm done with T-Mobile. I will never deal with this company ever again! They do not believe on helping nobody! I missed out on work. I haven't spoke to my family. I live in New York by myself. I don't have no other phone to use. Now I'm going on the third week of having my phone being suspended. I do not recommend this company. This company is a Money hungry company and they do not care for their customers. And I'm going to post my story every single day until my phone is unsuspended. They're so fast too, suspend your phone yes for safety purposes, but can't un suspend it. Never again will I deal with this company ever ever!!!!

I stopped in and they were able to diagnose the problems and provided an accurate estimate for the repair. In addition, they cleaned up my laptop and offered suggestions for protecting it. They treated the computer as if it was their own. We are now discussing the benefits of computer controlled alarms and cameras for my home. Alpha Computer Group started with me when I was first setting up my own home office for my start up company. They helped me set up my computer with its own data network connecting me with the other founder of my company located in New York. Alpha Computer Group also designed my company's website when I did not have the bandwidth or manpower to do it myself. Now, our company has grown to 150 employees and Alpha Computer Group has been there every step of the way. The helped my partner and me move from our homes into a commercial office space. They set up our telephone network systems, the computer network infrastructure, and the business email for all of my employees. Alpha Computer Group is our IT hotline for when myself or any of my employees have issues. We simply go on their website, fill out a ticket request and someone responds within a day. They also come to my company once a week to work on any issues that cannot be resolved over the phone. This summer, they will be installing security cameras and an alarm system with remote access for all employees. I wouldn't entrust the job to anyone but Alpha Computer Group. I would recommend Alpha Computer Group to any small or medium sized business. They really cater to the needs of the individual client and are very responsive to any issues and problems your company may encounter.
