I am extremely displeased with the Verizon representative named Duke. About a month ago, I went in to get a new phone and activate a new line. I left there believing my bill was going to be $120 because I asked him specifically, "How much is my bill going to be?" He said $120. I even asked, "Does that include my Verizon protection plan?" He said yes. Then I got my bill--and it was $160. After further investigation, I found that Duke added numerous services that were never agreed upon and never mentioned. I can't help but think--Duke is a swindler. This is exactly the type of person Verizon hires to maximize profit at the expense of honest customers. It's so disappointing that I actually downloaded the Yelp app just to write this review. I also called customer service to file a complaint, so Duke should think twice before trying to swindle anyone else. read more

This has been an awful experience. When I first came in they seemed all nice and all but they are fake as hell. They kept giving me excuses as to why they can't help me HOWEVER They could help me but they were not willing to try. My Rep was Arnold and the manager is George. I had been going through this issue for 3 days and it is because of Verizon I haven't had a phone to communicate for 3 days. Paid for it and everything and still didn't receive my phone. It took me to act like an ass to get help. Which they could do what I needed them to do but it took me calling in for them to actually do something. Also I brought my dog with me and unfornturely she pooped in the store. I apologize and picked up her poop like I was suppose to. Then The manager George told me he can't help me because of my dog. Now keep in mind that THERE IS NOTING ON THE DOOR THAT STATES NO DOGS. So he was willing to kick me out because my baby pooped. Now if you are a pet friendly store like this one is suppose to be , you know animal have accidents. I heard two of the reps talking about the manager. I've been a Verizon customer for over 9 years, and this was the worst service I've experienced. I went to return a device after customer service made notes approving it, but George Castañeda refused to help. He said customer service "doesn't know how to do their job" and that he was "only there to sell phones." He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Wow this place is horrible , 1 does not open on time and they still have not been able to fix my issue

I came to upgrade my phone (which took 3 hours) and ended up walking out with a massive headache for over a week because Danny made multiple unauthorized changes to my account including adding an additional line and multiple perks in the process. I asked him to revert the charges and reverse everything to which he refused to do. He didnt even refund me fully after a botched transaction forced him to redo the process. Ended up having to spend hours with customer service and the executive relations team to rectify this issue. I fear how many unwitting elderly Korean speaking people he has taken advantage of and lied to by this individual because he wants to make a commission. Completely unacceptable that this behavior seems to be within VZW standards.. Funny because the last thing the very helpful executive relations team did was worry about me filing a report to the attorney general or the FCC, maybe they should have proper procedures and actually get rid of individuals like this to not worry about federal complaints in the first place. If you made a mistake all you had to do was say sorry and own up to it. You were even incapable of that. Get caught in the act? Say sorry, you made a mistake. But nope, couldn't even feign ignorance. This reeks of someone who has methodically been doing this and has had zero repercussions. read more

We had several problems, including a 34-year-old business phone number which had been inadvertently canceled by Spectrum and was unable to be restored. Myong In got involved and spent 3 hours on the line with both Verizon and Spectrum in an effort to help. He is an asset to Verizon and his pprofessionalism, knowledge and caring shone brightly. They checked said no calls have ever been placed talk to fraud. They said it was a ghost line and they would take care of it. One of the worst Verizon stores I've been to. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes to an hour. Although I thought that was an excessive amount of time to be waiting I went ahead and agreed to wait. I came in to return items so that I'm no longer being charged for them. There weren't a lot of people in the store so I was trying to figure out why it would take that long. After sitting for literally 2-3 minutes, the same representative that just told me about the wait time stated that she would need to schedule me an appointment for another day because they just got word that they're closing early! It was only 2:30 pm! The store closes at 6 or 7 pm. You didn't know that before you told me the wait time? She mentioned that some staff called out and other staff need to go on break. So which is it, is it closing or you just don't feel like assisting me with my return. The reason I was returning the watch was because the representative that helped me previously ordered the wrong size watch. This is my last time ever coming to this location. One of the best Verizon stores I've been to! I drive 1 hour just to come to the store because the reps are exceptional! I've worked with Dominique twice! She's exceptional! Great knowledge! Great service, everything gets resolved quickly! I've gone to other stores and have spent endless hours getting no where. She backed up my phone, acknowledged me as I got in and took care of me! Another rep, Lonnie from Ascurion insurance was there. Very professional , polite and congenial. I also learned that some Verizon stores are Victra and not really Verizon stores. Ordered home internet for same day pick up. I placed my order early before they even opened. At no point did I get any type of notification that my order was ready to be picked up so I said ok I'll give it another day. Second day and still nothing. I get on the phone with Verizon and they assure me my order is ready for pick up. I show up at the location only to wait cuz my order isn't ready. I said I'm already here I'll just wait and they will figure it. 30 min later they hand me a bag with my order. I come home only to find out that the order was never released and it's still pending. So now I can't even install the home internet. I get on the phone and there's nothing they can do because the employee at the store never actually released the order to me. Was on the phone with them for two hours. They told me I can manually do the installation but I can't because the product isn't registered to my account. At this point I'm over it. Not installing anything and I'm keeping their product since it was never released to me. read more

I had an appointment and I was helped pretty quickly. The whole process of upgrading to a new phone took around 40 minutes which was a great. Seems the experience depends on who helps you out but most of the workers I talked to were friendly. If you're thinking about parking at the lot in the back I would recommend coming here on Saturdays as it's $5 flat compared to Mon - Fri. The only problem is I was automatically enrolled into Verizon's $17 mobile protect insurance when I never asked for that. So if you buy a new phone always check asap your next bill on the Verizon app or site to see if there's any unwanted charges. read more

I've been a customer of Verizon for 20 plus years I just reached the age of 60 and for 6 months I've been trying to find out why my cell phone bill is $94 well Verizon doesn't have a senior plan well yeah they do and let me tell you how it works out is that you put in for it it takes them approximately 2 months to decide whether you qualify for the lower rewards as a 55 + the age soon after 20 years of having service with Verizon with the same phone number and it's going to take you 2 months to decide whether you're going to give me a discount or not that's another $200 I decided that I'm going to pay the February bill but March I will no longer be with Verizon. they're so called manager JORGE was very rude. for one , one of the reps offered seats to two women who got there after me even though i was standing right next to her , she went out of her way to shout to the other ladies that they had more seating in the back and didn't acknowledge me. jorge came over to assist me & asked for my name. he proceeded to let me know i wasn't on the list even tho i had just given my information to another gentleman 5 minutes before & received the text letting me know i was in the queue. when i asked him what he meant he brushed it off & raised his voice , in a very stern & condescending manner & told me he's the manager & that's why he's standing there is to help me so what's my number. i was very taken aback. i think because im a smaller quiet woman he felt it ok to behave like that , i wonder if he would be speaking to a man like that. i was trading in a device & he told me i had to remove the old one from find my iphone app , to let him know when i was done & walked away. i didn't know how to do it & i was scared to ask him. so i googled it to make sure i was doing it right. as someone who is on the spectrum & a woman i would hope customer service reps would behave with more professionalism & kindness unlike him. whoever let him be a manager was sorely mistaken. read more

I came here on a Saturday afternoon and was greeted by an employee about 10 minutes after checking in. During my visit, Criss helped me add a new line, upgrade both of our phones, and do the math with me to better understand our new monthly bill. He was extremely helpful and patient even as I asked my million and one questions and when I changed my mind about a few products.
