He then said we had to wait for Evan, to which I replied: "So you cannot help us then." What was his purpose in being in the store if he couldn't help the customer while another employee was tied up assisting two families at the same time? I still can't figure out why we went through several years of such frustration with lack of service. My daughter wasn't able to get service in her dorm room. I thought maybe it was because the dorm was concrete and multiple levels, until one day I pulled up outside to pick her up and I wasn't even out of my car and didn't have service. This is in the heart of downtown Lexington. So, the coverage issues weren't just in other parts of the state. Steer clear!
