If I could leave zero stars, I would. This place is the absolute worst customer service I've ever seen. After adding lines to my account, destroying my bill time and time again, and writing payments down they couldn't honor, they had the nerve to yell at me before offering to help me with my bill again. Then, the manager and employee blamed other stores for their issue, and still refused to help after chuckling and saying "have a good day" at my frustration. The sales rep here make commission off each line added, and they will take advantage of you and then laugh while you spend your hard earned money on their commission laundering scheme. It's a notorious issue with customer service, the community, and even other stores who have to attempt to fix their fraud. Spare yourself, go somewhere else. This store is AWFUL. read more

Nobody likes to be treated like a mangy dog, but if you want to be treated like that, you can visit this store. You will be greeted by two individuals who are breathing the air that other people need more than them. Don't waste time calling the manager (Adam), who is like talking to a wall. The story is so long that I just recommend not visiting this garbage store, and as always ready to wait for the manager's response, BLA BLA BLA and they do not solve the problem of mistreatment of customers. read more

We upgraded 2 phones and transferred 1 from AT&T. We were quoted deals for all three. The one from AT&T we were quoted a deal of $699 for a new phone. This was in March. It is now October and Verizon is still charging us the full price for this phone. We are seriously thinking of switching all 6 phones to another phone service. We have spent more than 10 hours on the phone and going to the Verizon store to fix it. They always says it's fixed but it never is. The people who tell you these deals are lying! Every time we talked to a new person the deal was something different. All the conversations are recorded so the evidence is there but they refuse to go back and listen to it. read more

The wife and I went here to buy a couple of hundred dollars of phone accessories. The items were in stock and bought out to us, we paid for them. Then we learned the clerk had ordered the items to be sent to our home. Well I'm an very old man with old man hands, I can't put a screen protector on. They could not or would not fix the problem before we left the store. The wife took the shipment back to the store for a refund, Instead a clerk put a return shipping label on the unopened box and said we'd have to take it to a UPS store. I'm sure we'll probably out a restocking fee of $50 for merchandise we did not order. People at this location has no idea what they're doing. Cannot recommend buying anything here, if you want good service go to Best Buy. read more

Jeremy gave excellent customer service regarding the purchase of my daughter's new phone today. He was thorough, patient, and personable, and he answered every question. As a carrier, I have no complaints with Verizon. I've been in some pretty remote places, and I've still had service, no dropped calls. Their stores, however, leave something to be desired in the customer service area. This is the second store I've gone to with a specific question about my phone, where I was greeted with less than enthusiasm. There were 6 employees huddled in the rear of the store. One seemed to grudgingly saunter over to us. His tone, his manner gave indication that we were indeed bothering him. We had to pull definitive answers out of him. I don't generally write negative reviews, however, I'm writing this in hopes that the person who is managing the store may benefit from it. I am open to revising this review upon receiving a more positive experience. I came in, shopping around for a family plan, and noticed that there were several people there who were waiting. I looked around and I did not see any employees around. After a few minutes I noticed one employee show up. A few minutes later I saw another employee walk out. There seem to be only two people working this shift. After about 15 minutes one of the employees approached me, and another lady, and asked if we had been added to their list yet. We both replied that we had not and the gentleman added both of our names to the list of customers waiting to be served. The woman and I began talking about different plans and such and the time passed quickly enough due to that, however, after about another 20 minutes I noticed that nothing had really changed in the store. The same people who are waiting when I walked in were still waiting. It did not seem as if anyone was going to be served any time soon. Hoping to receive more prompt service, at another location, I left. From someone who had just walked in, and waited about 30 minutes, it appeared as if the store was understaffed and that there was no sense of urgency. This observation was reinforced by hearing some of the comments from the lady that I was talking to. Apparently, this was not unusual at all. read more

This Verizon location is conveniently located right by Fayette mall and Smashburger. The inside is pristine with the newest phones and gadgets lining the walls. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about plans and promotions. Now that Verizon has unleashed their new unlimited plans, its easier to stay connected and limit overages. Verizon has been my carrier of choice for years and with stores like these, that won't change any time soon. read more

Wish this could be less than 1star. If Verizon messes up your account, don't expect a resolution. I've lost $600 because Verizon allowed fraud on my account. Now they won't fix it. I just get put on hold and transferred to a fraud dept that doesn't answer. ANY other provider would be better. Take my word for it....don't get Verizon. read more

Spoke to Chris, and he was a total jerk. Said he couldn't activate a gizmo I sold to someone because it was locked and managed to sell the people a new one. I talked to Verizon over the phone who said there was nothing wrong with the gizmo. They also said He could have contacted them to help activate it, but he didn't. Talked to 2 different people with Verizon and both said he probably didn't know what he was doing. read more
