The neighborhood has an ongoing FB chat about the issue, so there are approx 100+ homes affected. Everyone is getting a different answer when they call. Friday we were told would be fixed by 3am (12 hours), Saturday afternoon we were told 24 hours, now it is Sunday about 51 hours later and no one at At&t will give e answer. Friday evening there were about 4 At&t trucks at entrance and a neighbor spoke to them and they stated they were the "mainline" crew and that the issue was somewhere in the subdivision and that was a different teams responsibility. No one has seen any At&t trucks since. Appears to me that it was on a Friday and they have no intention of fixing it until Monday....God forbid they work on a weekend or attempt a mediocre level of responsible customer service. I will be shopping around for a new internet provider next week!!!

I switched from another carrier to T-Mobile today. The man…read morewho helped me with my new phone and porting my phone number was patient and extremely helpful. There were a couple of snags along the way with porting my phone number but he got it resolved quickly. He informed me that it may take a couple of hours for my new phone to work but as soon as I walked out my phone was up and running. I went around 11ish and I didn't have to wait for someone to assist me. Everything was done quickly. They did let me know that we could upgrade to fiber internet for ten dollars more than what we're paying now. Maybe sometime in the future for right now we're satisfied with the T-Mobile home wifi we have.

The one on one service here is a bit slow at times. There are usually only 2 people working and therefore only 2 people getting help at a time. I only come into here when I have to. All other tech support stuff, I call 611 from my cell phone to get customer service/tech support. This store is tucked in beside Starbucks off Winchester road. Not the best location, but gets the job done.
