    How shocking is this --- four stars for Spectrum!? I have Internet only through Spectrum, the TV…read morehaving gone the way of the cord cut. The programming started to buffer, badly. I called Spectrum, and they rebooted, but it didn't fix the problem. I called again and spent at least 30 minutes with Tech Support, but no fix. He said he could have someone out 10-11 AM in the morning. Ryan was at my place as scheduled and within no time he had replaced the outside cable and my equipment. He even synced my cell and laptop for me. All good. Ryan The Fixer! This time Spectrum was definitely worthy of four stars. 88

    Extremely slow. I've been here an hour and still have five people in front of me. Sooo many people…read morehave walked out. Two people working right now. Six empty registers that people could be manning. Manager: get people out the door. We don't want to sit here all day because you only want to have two employees here to run these front desk stations. I finally got in after about 3 hours. Was going to return their modem. The lady at the desk said I had to do it over the phone. When I called, the lady on the phone said I should have been able to do it when I was in-store. After the phone call, I had to make another trip to the store to return the equipment. The guy I spoke to this time gave me NO trouble. I told him the situation and the lady I'd spoken to the prior day was at the desk right next to him. He didn't seem to care at all and just told me it's taken care of. I'll probably never use Spectrum again. Just way too much hassle. Why did the lady at the desk give me the runaround?
