Six empty registers that people could be manning. Manager: get people out the door. We don't want to sit here all day because you only want to have two employees here to run these front desk stations. I finally got in after about 3 hours. Was going to return their modem. The lady at the desk said I had to do it over the phone. When I called, the lady on the phone said I should have been able to do it when I was in-store. After the phone call, I had to make another trip to the store to return the equipment. The guy I spoke to this time gave me NO trouble. I told him the situation and the lady I'd spoken to the prior day was at the desk right next to him. He didn't seem to care at all and just told me it's taken care of. I'll probably never use Spectrum again. Just way too much hassle. Why did the lady at the desk give me the runaround?

We never had any outages during the hurricane for Verizon and my service worked fine all weekend. Then they shut off our service right as work hours start on a Monday. Some people are required to have their cell phones for work such as myself. And your company's issues are risking people's jobs at this point. Get it together Verizon
