All I wanted was to purchase an upgraded IPhone, nothing else. A lot of additional information was thrown at me regarding plans, additional service options, additional products which I had no interest in and made that clear. Another salesperson then intervened and was very pushy about these additional services to the point of insulting me. When I declined the service his comment was "Boy I wish I had your money" insinuating that I was foolish for not taking the offer which was very insulting to me. I'm not sure why he even joined the conversation when I was dealing with Jennifer W. Nobody asked him. The more he talked about these additional services, the less interested I became in this transaction. He was unprofessional, pushy and rude. At the end of this appointment I was able to purchase a IPhone 17 and move on. It didn't need to be this hard. Hard sell tactics are unwarranted when the customer knows what she wants.

Marsha came out the next day to take a look at our deck and house, she had a quote to us within a few hours. I was able to review the work I was having done and accept the quote all online. Then a few days later they contacted via text and email to let me know when they were coming to start the job. I received a text when the guys were coming on the first day, it had a link that let me know when they would get there, when they expected to be finished the workers name and a picture of the worker.This was great, loved being in the loop and knowing who to expect at my house. First day they power washed the house and the deck using dog friendly chemicals I might add. It looked fantastic!!! Like a brand new house and deck. I was amazed because our deck was in rough shape, I didn't think it would ever look that good again. We were supposed to have the deck stained a few days later but due to moister in the wood and the rain from Ida the staining was delayed by a week but to no fault of Garrett's. When they were able to come out to stain I got the same notification as I did the first day. The crew was at our house all day! The crew was very hard working and nice. They cleaned up all their mess and more importantly they kept the paint spatter on the patio below to a minimum. Last but probably most importantly I'd like to point out that every time someone from Garrett's was on our property and went through our gate that they made sure to shut it behind them. I know this doesn't sound like a lot but our gate is not in the best shape and requires two bungee cords. Each time they not only shut the gate but put the cords back on, even when I had left the gate open before they got there. It's a small thing but it means so much to me. I highly recommend Garrett's, great communication, great customer service and great work at a reasonable price!!
