Again, unprofessional, blatantly rude, and obviously someone who isn't looking for the business.

He didn't know any better. Around $200. A few months later, screen proved defective and he went there, this time they honored the warranty and replaced the screen. When THAT screen proved defective about 7 -8 months later, they told him it was his fault bc there were some (nearly imperceptible) scratches on the SCREEN PROTECTOR. The feeling that I got is that they took advantage of his lack of experience in dealing with adults in the service industry, in first, the original up-sell, and second, in denying warranty claim on the second defective screen. They're pretty nice guys in here, but I'd not recommend going there nor will I return.
