Looks like the employee at this store on Nicholasville Rd., near Trader Joes rather do nothing than to ask, "Is there anything else I can help you with?". My wife and I just switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. We now have 2 brand new Samsung phones and 2 brand new Samsung tablets (all with data). We have 4 lines now, for essentially what we were paying Verizon for 2. Only come in when absolutely necessary. There is never enough help at this location especially at busy times in afternoons so a long wait. There are no chairs for waiting customers. The workers do take their time and answer questions but it wound be a little better if people did a little research before they came in. read more

This T-Mobile was so helpful due to the staff there, Waylon and Jay! They were so helpful and friendly and went way above their job description to make sure my mom, sister and I had the easiest experience getting new phones. Seriously we went next door to get chips & queso and Waylon texted us whenever he needed any information so we just popped back and forth. Super stellar, someone give both these guys a raisePlus my new phone's awesome and they helped us figure out exactly which course of action would be cheapest/most effective payment-wise. read more

The staff at this store is garbage. They promised me a $30 credit to my account three months ago and it was never applied. I called customer service who then called the store and the employee that the customer service representative spoke with said I was making it up. The CSR rectified with situation anyway, which was great. I have been with T-Mobile for nearly a decade and have never heard of anything like this. I'm staying with T-Mobile, but I will never set foot in this store again. read more

Tmobile is horrible! I had a Nokia windows phone. It kept malfunctioning. All they would do is send me another refurbished one when I paid originally for a new one. We were even in the store once on the phone with a supervisor. The salesperson, Matt was hellbent in not letting us get a different device even after the supervisor told us we could and even told him to do it. Last time in the store there was another customer saying she was on her fifth replacement!! They are horrible and I DO NOT suggest them. Even the customer service line is no better. read more
