After giving my name, phone number, ssn, etc. and giving the answer to my security question, they told me it was wrong. Twice. Then they sent via email the answer, after being told to forget it, which was exactly what I had told them. I finally got the answer to my question at the local Sprint store where they acted like they were doing me a huge favor and interrupted me until I told them to let me finish my sentence. This review is primarily for T-Mobile overall, not just this particular store. If you go anywhere outside of Lexington, even if the coverage map indicates that you'll have coverage, don't believe it! We had service with T-Mobile for about year. Why? Why, did we wait so long to switch out? Maybe it was because the convenience of paying payments on four phones. The fact that they let us pay payments instead of making us buy the phone outright, is the only reason for the second star. I still can't figure out why we went through several years of such frustration with lack of service. My daughter wasn't able to get service in her dorm room. I thought maybe it was because the dorm was concrete and multiple levels, until one day I pulled up outside to pick her up and I wasn't even out of my car and didn't have service. This is in the heart of downtown Lexington. So, the coverage issues weren't just in other parts of the state. Steer clear! read more

I had a very good experience here in a very complex transaction with four lines that needed be switched. We were with AT&T and Sprint. I knew that it was probably going to take anywhere from 4 to 6 hours and it took six hours. I know that seems like a lot but it was a complex transaction all of the employees there were very helpful never lost their patience with me and saw the job through to completion. We were paying $500 a month for four lines with Sprint and AT&T we are now paying $250, we get free Internet through gogo in-flight and our Netflix is now paid for through T-Mobile. The savings is a no brainer. Cudo's to Salesmen - John, Jesse, Chris and Erik . They know their stuff . I think the key is knowing that if you have to transfer one line it will likely take one hour. Make things easier when you come in the store be sure and know your account number with your former provider and your pin number this will make things easier for everyone. read more
