At the time additionally called to ensure all numbers on the account were cancelled on t-mobile's end including a "complimentary line" that was added when we first got our t-mobile service (without giving us a number for this line). They continued to charge us two additional months, approximately $240, after cancelling their services and assuring us that everything was good. After a phone call upon noticing we were continued to be charged, they required us to present to the local store to re-cancel their services "complimentary line" they had already assured us was cancelled. Elisia C ("as in cat") was successful in getting the line cancelled (yet again) but was unsuccessful in getting us refunded the $240 stolen from us by t-mobile. Say no to t-mobile, say no to "complimentary lines" (and servicers deceptive tactics to rob you after cancellation), and say no to Elisia C "as in cat."
