After adding lines to my account, destroying my bill time and time again, and writing payments down they couldn't honor, they had the nerve to yell at me before offering to help me with my bill again. Then, the manager and employee blamed other stores for their issue, and still refused to help after chuckling and saying "have a good day" at my frustration. The sales rep here make commission off each line added, and they will take advantage of you and then laugh while you spend your hard earned money on their commission laundering scheme. It's a notorious issue with customer service, the community, and even other stores who have to attempt to fix their fraud. Spare yourself, go somewhere else. This store is AWFUL.

Bobby took care of an issue between an iPhone I previously used and my new android. First rate all the way around! The reason I changed companies is that Sprint's customer service is terrible!! Then they sent via email the answer, after being told to forget it, which was exactly what I had told them. I finally got the answer to my question at the local Sprint store where they acted like they were doing me a huge favor and interrupted me until I told them to let me finish my sentence. If you go anywhere…read moreoutside of Lexington, even if the coverage map indicates that you'll have coverage, don't believe it! We had service with T-Mobile for about year. Why? Why, did we wait so long to switch out? Maybe it was because the convenience of paying payments on four phones. The fact that they let us pay payments instead of making us buy the phone outright, is the only reason for the second star. I still can't figure out why we went through several years of such frustration with lack of service. My daughter wasn't able to get service in her dorm room. I thought maybe it was because the dorm was concrete and multiple levels, until one day I pulled up outside to pick her up and I wasn't even out of my car and didn't have service. This is in the heart of downtown Lexington. So, the coverage issues weren't just in other parts of the state. Steer clear!
