I had two iPhones. The first one was my personal and I had taken it to the bat plus and the location in the mall. They kept my phone for an hour in a half and replaced my screen. Within a couple of days my screen began to come off and the phone began to act poorly. The second phone was taken to bat plus because it was stuck at the Apple logo. When they tried to replace the battery it would not come out of that status. So they removed the screen battery, home button, battery and told me they could not give me my phone back. I had pictures on the phone and wanted the phone back and argued that it was my phone and I was getting it back. They told me it would never work again. I was really upset because I brought a full phone in and they would not let me take the parts and pieces back with me. They tried to keep it and throw it away. Eventually, they gave me the shell part of the phone back. Not to mention it took them an hour 40 mins to tell me they could not give me my phone back and charged me 25 dollars still to diagnose. Then I came across Refurb Kings. I took both phones in and within 45 minutes they had both phones working perfectly without a problem. They told me they had never come across a story where another store would not give me the old phone and parts back. They did an amazing job. I was very happy to get the pictures of my son back and that both phones are working perfectly. They were amazing and if I ever need a phone repair or battery replacement I will use refurb kings. Never again will I take my phone to Bat Plus or that little place in the mall. Which by the way the same people work at.
