He was patient with me and with customer service despite being given the same runaround that I was given. He helped me get everything straightened out at no extra charge. Definitely my go-to Cricket store from now on!

There were a couple of snags along the way with porting my phone number but he got it resolved quickly. He informed me that it may take a couple of hours for my new phone to work but as soon as I walked out my phone was up and running. I went around 11ish and I didn't have to wait for someone to assist me. Everything was done quickly. They did let me know that we could upgrade to fiber internet for ten dollars more than what we're paying now. Maybe sometime in the future for right now we're satisfied with the T-Mobile home wifi we have.

Although, it was rainy and cool, I had a wonderful experience on the day that I visited. Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful even though the store was full of patrons. One staffer stood outside the front door to control the number of people who entered the store. Inside, other staffers answered questions and helped the customers navigate all the great deals and displays in the store. One staffer told me that they regularly have a 40 - 50% off sale that runs continuously. In addition, they were having an "end-of-the-season" sale for last season's items. This MASSIVE discount sale is 70% off of the retail price, then an additional 20% off of that price. Well...after hearing that, I had to go a little crazy with my selections. I bought a few Mother's Day gifts and a couple things for myself. So, I bought 5 medium-sized bags and one eyeglass case for less than $85.00. Of course, the "massive" sale will continue until last season's merchandise is gone I still cannot get over the feeling that I was a supreme shopper on this day. I think that's what outlet shopping is all about....that feeling that you bought something that you either wanted or needed at an excellent discount. It just makes you feel good. Overall, I think that anyone who likes Vera Bradley merchandise can really find a nice deal at this store, especially with the regular 40% - 50% off prices.

A friend told me that I could come here and they'd be able to switch out the pins for the right size. The woman working there measured the width and the watch face as well and told me that it was a 24mm not a 22mm. She looked for pins while I tried to pop out the pins from the original band the watch came with . Eventually we got them out and she was able to put them in the band I wanted to use . She didn't charge me for it and to be honest I felt like she should have . She absolutely refused a tip and we went back and forth until she finally gave in. The service was outstanding and she was so nice !
