The customer capacity policy they have makes you feel safe, and along with the plastic partitions at the help stations, they are doing a great job keeping their customers healthy. I've been to this location a few times to change my service and add phone lines etc. My last visit though was less enjoyable. I was having issues getting my Apple Watch 3+cellular setup. I had made an appt because they tend to get busy after working hours. I go into the store and let them know what's going on. The girl assisting me takes my watch and goes to another employee. She comes back and tells me that they can't help me and that I would need to call the number she wrote down to assist me. Hmmm, I'm wondering what they do when customers come in to purchase an Apple Watch....do they send them on their merry way to set it up themselves. Yes this is a new watch release but you should have enough training to get these setup for the customers. I was very disappointed especially when I got home and called the # they gave me and talk to someone that has terrible broken English that couldn't help me. read more

If you want any sort of customer service I recommend staying far away from this location. New customer? Stay away. Existing customer? Stay away. They will rip you off and blame you for the mistake that they made. The manager is not helpful and gives you a phone number that doesn't work. The district manager is my next stop right after I write reviews on a few more websites. Just don't do business with this company at all. read more

This has been my AT&T store for the past 8 or so years. Have come here for regular services like getting new phones or device activation, yada, yada. The service has been good. The associates are always ready to listen and help you. I went in today because lately anybody who calls me keeps getting sent to voicemail. The associate that helped me today seemed knowledgeable and gave me a few suggestions. I hope it works. The only thing that kinda irritates me is, almost every single time they try to get me to buy Direct TV (thankfully not this time). Take 'no' for an answer, will you? read more
