So we went up the road a little bit and lucked into the store we found at 193 Versailles Rd., Ste 13. Let me tell you, we picked the perfect spot for our first experience with smartphones. I washed my old flip phone and our daughter suggested T-Mobile, as they were very pleased with the service. Our first visit (may I say we are elders and technologically challenged), Xavier was VERY patient with us and answered our million questions with professionalism and patience. They even turned us on to a $200 rebate (each!), which we applied for when we got home. Again, our inexperience kept us from actually getting that rebate on our own AND our second bill was higher than the first. NOT TO WORRY! We took both problems up to Jerome and Xavier and they fixed it up in less than half an hour. All it took was their knowledge (the push of a button and a screenshot) to get our virtual credit card. And, in looking at our bill, the extra charges were from using 4-1-1 (a service which used to be free!, but they now charge for.) Jerome said to call customer service and explain to them that we are old and had no idea it was not free any longer. Voila! The kind man (Renj?) at T-Mobile customer service removed the extra charges. And we will not be using 4-1-1 again. But we will definitely recommend THIS store for your smartphone needs. Especially if you are old...like us.
