It was useless. I tried for 3 days. I went back, and had to spend 47 more on a flip phone in an exchange, and the staff refused to let me know how to work it, and it doesn't work either. No way to select a ring tone, no way to save video, no way to get music like it said, even with the directions. There is a secret club of spoiled brats who keep the magic knowledge to themselves. This is worse than no phone at all.
