Riley was incredibly kind, professional, and informative,, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for but don't always get. They took the time to explain things clearly and made sure my issue was fully addressed. Thanks to Riley, I would genuinely go out of my way to return to this location. It's the only cell service that provided a trial sims card for my phone at the time that actually…read moredemonstraited a strong, dependable mobile signal to my home in Greenleaves off Zorn Ave. We had AT&T for years using the Internet cell transmitter. When 5g came, that mini tower was no longer useful. Spectrum was sad as well using Verizon towers. After much anguish, T-Mobile came to our rescue. A new trial sims card was provided that allowed my phone to work great! The service has been without fault for our 3 phone plan. The guys at the Baxter Ave provided our new phones, honored my contract negotiated on the Internet with T-Mobile and were very supportive. The only issues ever with T-Mobile was getting initial billing to be what was promised by their internet sign up process. After work with support, all issues were eventually resolved. The internet sign up process had specials that store fronts could not offer at the time including the Internet trial that failed for me due to my location in 2022. Our Spectrum Internet price has increased again after 15+ years of subscription increases. It's been a game of renewing with a promotion but that has become $83 mth now with no promotion available. T-Mobile's internet rate for my plan is a forever fixed $30. This service has finally become available for me in Crescent Hill and I am very tempted to change to it and save $50. Now, we enjoy the free Netflix, Apple TV and Hulu perks and the 3 Samsung phones provided us are still excellent. I really like having a fixed $120 price for 3 phones without any mobile data limitations forever. What's more, I have a solid cell signal in my home!
