STEER CLEAR!! If you are there to fix an issue that has been in "works" for 90 days they don't give a rats! 90 days plus still no credits for trade ins! Do not sign any contracts with these people... it's a total scam. Car dealers get judge for being sleazy? ha welcome to the new sleaze!!! read more

I've been on Verizon since my very first cell phone. For the most part, I've really enjoyed being on their plans and it seems like I do not have as many issues with my phone as other companies tend to have. There have been a few hiccups over the years, but it's been minimal. This is probably my favorite Verizon store that I have been to. It's very nice and modern-looking, and the employees here are always super friendly. I recently came here to upgrade to the iPhone X and it was a very easy process. We were also able to get a bundle deal where I received a screen protector, case and portable charger all for $80. They can be a bit pushy with some of their promotions, and a couple of them offered the same promotion for two different prices, but it's whatever. Business is business. Great store with knowledgeable staff! read more

Would not recommend. Did black Friday promo, they made me pay 200 and said I'd get a 200$ card back and it's been 9 weeks. They said after 8, just some scam artist Update- I got ahold of Verizon and at first they were confused but then I explained how the salesman didn't explain that I had to fill out a rebate form! Or tell me anything like that he just said I'd be getting it automatically. But they said I was right and I was suppose to get it but since they couldn't do that they put 200 on my line for my bill which I'm fine with! The only thing that bothers me is how many people just think there gonna be getting it then by that time realize they can't because it expires ? read more

After going to the Apple store and finding out it was going to cost about $200 to fix the battery issue (my screen was cracked too), I headed to Verizon as I knew I was close to an upgrade. Zoe was extremely helpful in checking my account, providing me with options and helping me stay within my price point. I walked out with a new phone and a new case in about 30 minutes. I've been a customer with Verizon for over 10 years and have always gotten great service! read more

Came in today to switch from AT&T to Verizon. I was lucky enough to have Brandy assist me with the transfer. She was happy to answer all of my questions and get me all set up. I highly recommend Brandy, she seemed sincere and didn't rush me with any of my questions. read more

Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Louisville, Kentucky

The company my husband works for upgraded his work phone. We went to store in hopes of transferring over to this newer device, but due to being after work office had closed they were unable to do this. Need to return when work office open to verify. While there we were helped by Michael. Very nice and professional. We purchased a new Otter Box defender case, phone charger and screen protector. Michael helped us and put screen protector on phone, assembled case and gave us a great bundle deal. This was the Verizon store at 4800 outer loop. Great Service !!! Debbie J. read more

The first time I went to this store to buy my phone and accessories I was super impressed with their customer service. They were courteous and very helpful. When I went back later with a problem, all they wanted to do was "pass the buck". They told me I should've registered with some website I've never even heard of. Why wouldn't they tell me that when I bought it? It was very clear that once they sell you, they're done with you. Super disappointed! They remind me of a certain satellite company, which shall remain nameless, that gives you all this stuff to get you signed up and then the heck with you after that. After 10 years with Verizon I think it's now time to switch, which is a total shame considering how satisfied I was at one time. read more

Super nice to customers, gave us amazing discounts, helps us when we were in need since we aren't from KY, and clean store.

Horrible store, 3 sales reps too busy joking with each other sitting on the couch playing on their phones when they should be helping customers with phones. Was going to switch but no thanks you can keep that customer service for other I want no part. read more

The salespeople were definitely interested in upgrading my phone rather than helping me figure out what is wrong with it. I thought if I brought my phone to a corporate store they might find a solution. I'm from Cincinnati and the peeps at the Verizon corporate store in Kenwood are so helpful. I was disappointed that this Louisville store was trying to upgrade my phone rather than help me fix it. read more

I was having issues with my two week old phone and came to the conclusion it was a defected phone. Of course, dealing with any sales there is the worry that somehow it's going to be my fault. So going to the phone store wasn't something I was looking forward to. Justin made it a simple process and hassle free. Checked to see if there was anything we could do with the phone and he realized it just wasn't a good phone either. So he took care of things and helped me with the warranty I was still under and had me out the door in 20 minutes. A relief for myself and the new phone works great! Even took care of the glass screen protector. $0.00 charged to me and I had great friendly conversation as the phones transferred. Thanks for the peaceful experience! read more
