I really appreciated the upfront pricing no surprises and everything was clearly laid out so I could choose what I wanted done. The repairs were done quickly and correctly, and everything is working great now. It's rare to find a home service company that communicates well, shows up on time, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. These days it is hard to get anyone to even answer the phone. I would definitely recommend Doctor Electric and will use them again in the future.

I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out.
