Long story short I was having trouble with my furnace and it putting out the appropriate amount of heat when in emergency heat mode. I called Fayette heating and air only to have them come out to charge me $100 just to tell me that I needed a whole new line put in because my furnace was only getting half the power it needed to... the proceeded to quote me $1350 to put in a new line to the furnace that was less than 25 feet away. I felt that was a tad bit high so we called another electrical company who came out and said the same thing.. new line was needed because there was not enough power. Cool... they quoted me $1000. I still felt that was high especially because they told me that yes it was going to need a new line but that it would be an easy install and it shouldint take too long... So I called WB... Mr. Brown within 15 minutes of being here discovered the reason to why the furnace was not getting enough power.. because simply the wrong wire was hooked up on the furnace from the fuse box. On the fuse box the positive cords were red and black, and on the furnace was white and black, which means all that needed to be done to fix the problem was simply to take the white electrical cord off.. cap it off... and put the red positive one on the furnace fuse and boom... it was getting the full amount of power. No need for new wiring or hours of labor.... Mr. Brown took the time to explain this all to me and to make I understood which I so much appreciate. (The picture I included is him taking the time to show me that he indeed got the correct amount of power after making the wire switch) Through this entire process he showed me that he is about the people and is truthful, trustworthy and not out to take advantage of anyone. He is very reasonably priced and I cannot speak highly enough about his professionalism and his customer service. He went above and beyond for me and I know he will do the same for you!! Do yourself a favor and use WB electric for your electrical needs! You won't regret it! Thank you again!! We will definitely call you first for our needs in the future!

I knew I needed a new air conditioning unit, as it has been working poorly and leaking for years, and I was told by another HVAC company in the fall that my furnace was dangerously in need to replacing. Wyatt came out and looked over everything. I gave him every opportunity to take advantage of the situation. I was prepared to replace a furnace and two air conditioning units if need be. In the end, Wyatt recommended replacing one air conditioning unit and told me the furnace was safe and not in need to replacing. He recommended I upgrade from a 2 ton unit to a 2.5 ton unit. Aaron came out to replace the air conditioner a few days later. He did a great job and left minimal debris to clean up. The new system cools my upstairs better than I had even hoped for. Value? I really don't know. Everything seems so high now. But I would say that Wyatt could have socked me with a furnace a two air conditioners, so the value I'd say is with the honest evaluation and recommendations you get. I wanted to work with simply an HVAC company, not one of these do it all HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses they all seem to be moving to. I like people who focus and specialize. I turned off the water supply rendering the condo with no water. Now what? Who do I call in Lexington, a town I'm not that familiar with much. She called her sister in Versailles but her recommendation of a past plumber she had used previously was closed for the weekend. So I did a search on Yelp first, skipping over a couple of plumbers with some not so good reviews and found Bluegrass advertised as being 24/7 and Shonda C.'s review listed first. She is in my friends list and I trust her reviews. I also saw photo's of the business owner and his family, plus some of his past work, indicating to me I was looking at an honest man. But to be sure, I utilized BBB for a background check and found zero complaints in the past year, an A+ rating and that they were BBB Accredited. So I gave them a call. Ron answered the phone at 7:52 am on a Saturday. This was a huge indicator to me I was going to be doing business with a good company. He told me he had one customer ahead of me but that he would be over between 11:30-12:30 and that he would call thirty minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He called me back at 10:26 am and arrived in 15 minutes. He assessed the work to be done, quoted a price, then left to pick up a new water heater and associated parts & pieces and arrived back around an hour later. I doubled checked with my sister, who owns five houses, on his quoted price and found he came in little bit less than her prediction. Ron and his son, who was helping him, installed a new water heater, and upgraded the water pipes and gas line, along with new valves on both, to meet today's codes. He completed the work in two and a half hours. We were completely 100% satisfied with the work, his timeliness, consideration of cleanliness and knowledge of his trade. Would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs.

Hired them to install a tankless water heater and install new lines for washer. Install crew was…read moregreat but owner has an attitude problem. The tankless gas water heater had a gas leak. We called him to come out and check and he told us the smell had to do with the existing venting through the roof and that the venting was probably blocked. Called another plumber to come out and check and he found a small gas leak in the work Wyatt did. We are lucky someone didn't die. When I contacted owner about what the other plumber found he half-heartedly apologized and would only pay $95 of the other plumber's bill to fix his incomplete work. Also, when the inspector came out, they were required to move one of the drain pipes. Wyatt simply cut one of the PVC pipes they installed and fed it through a drain leaving an unsightly hole in my floor. Don't use these guys or if you do don't make the mistake of paying them until everything is signed off on.

Charged us over $700 today to change out a defective hot water heater that THEY sold us 4 years ago…read morethat was still under warranty. Grossly overcharge for everything and pad the time they take to do the job. Charged us for time while they were at lunch. Charged us to tell us the hot water heater is leaking, when there is obvious water on the floor. Do yourself a favor and do not use them, as there are many other plumbers that will do a much better job and will charge fairly for labor. This company is NOT one of those.
