She called her sister in Versailles but her recommendation of a past plumber she had used previously was closed for the weekend. So I did a search on Yelp first, skipping over a couple of plumbers with some not so good reviews and found Bluegrass advertised as being 24/7 and Shonda C.'s review listed first. She is in my friends list and I trust her reviews. I also saw photo's of the business owner and his family, plus some of his past work, indicating to me I was looking at an honest man. But to be sure, I utilized BBB for a background check and found zero complaints in the past year, an A+ rating and that they were BBB Accredited. So I gave them a call. Ron answered the phone at 7:52 am on a Saturday. This was a huge indicator to me I was going to be doing business with a good company. He told me he had one customer ahead of me but that he would be over between 11:30-12:30 and that he would call thirty minutes ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He called me back at 10:26 am and arrived in 15 minutes. He assessed the work to be done, quoted a price, then left to pick up a new water heater and associated parts & pieces and arrived back around an hour later. I doubled checked with my sister, who owns five houses, on his quoted price and found he came in little bit less than her prediction. Ron and his son, who was helping him, installed a new water heater, and upgraded the water pipes and gas line, along with new valves on both, to meet today's codes. He completed the work in two and a half hours. We were completely 100% satisfied with the work, his timeliness, consideration of cleanliness and knowledge of his trade. Would not hesitate to call him again for any plumbing needs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Had a discussion with Jordan Clark the electrician on getting a gfci…read morecircuit breaker in my fuse box for an existing incompatible circuit breaker. Also discussed getting the same for my whirlpool tub or replacing the receptacle with a gfci receptacle whatever was easiest. Showed up the first day without the materials and the second day, same thing. Finished one circuit breaker but not the tub circuit breaker. Mr. Clark finally reached out after several phone calls from me asking why the job wasn't completed and I got a quote for an additional $410 to come back a third day and do it. He said he wanted to make things right and there must've been a misunderstanding. I agreed and he was supposed to call me Monday morning with time of arrival. No phone calls, text and didn't show up. After three more days of phone calls and repeated promises that a manager would call me back, one finally did. Andrew listened to me and also wanted to make it right. Then he told me the OWNER, Zach Gammon, decided to list me a "do not serve customer" and this is why Mr. Clark no showed, no called. Andrew didn't know why I was listed this way. After repeated calls and conversations NO ONE had the intestinal fortitude to tell me I was listed as a do not service customer. Poor customer service starts at the top. Leadership and owners with no integrity, intelligence , or intestinal fortitude will breed poor customer service and care. We dropped $1500 in one day and would've been happy to continue using them. AVOID APEX SOLUTIONS OF DANVILLE AT ALL COST. There are some great employees there, but the owner would rather slither away from his obligations and avoid honorable business practices than practice integrity. If you want to get scammed and conned, this is the place for you!
