He made it be a fun process for us! They have their showroom where you can select tile, but they also give you the option of coming to your home with tiling samples and do everything from the comfort of your own home, which is what we chose. We wanted to see how the tile looked with the lighting in our bathroom. It feels fun and exclusive to select tile this way! No crowds or other customers to worry about! Also we knew that he'd have to come to measure up our bathrooms for a quote anyway, so this worked out well for us. We felt the quote was reasonably priced, and we went ahead. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy and I had no qualms about having them work in our home if I was not there the whole time. Our actual contractor was Daniel, who did an AMAZING job. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does, he is a perfectionist and a true craftsman. We were thrilled with the result. I would definitely recommend Floor Coverings International. I was hesitant to write this review because I realize everyone has a bad day. The movers were 2…read morehours late because they had been scheduled another move the same day- which took them 5 hours. They worked hard but were tired and careless- damaging 5 pieces of furniture (1of which was not repairable and will cost me as much money to replace because it was part of a set). As a result of being late, I did not get moved out of my house by the deadline. I should have known items would be damaged as the truck looked like the Clampetts truck from the Beverly Hillbillies. This was frustrating because I had spent hours prepping the boxes for this move and had moved most items to a central location for them to load from. Upon arrival to our new home, the items were just thrown randomly into the garage- found several boxes I had marked fragile turned upside down. The most disappointing part of this experience is that I was charged the quoted full price for the move and only offered a small reimbursement for the chair that was broken. I was told multiple times "what can we do to make this right"; however, these were just hollow words. My request was just refund me the move. I was told they were unable to do this, but offered me a credit for a future move up to the price of this move. So you can't refund me this move, but can offer credit- puzzling. Like I said, everyone has a off day. When that happens, the key is how does the company rectify the issue. This company spoke a good game but failed to deliver.
