this company fired me after I professionally gave my two weeks notice as any employee would do before leaving a company and they fired me on the spot and made me carry over 1000 pounds of equipment in the icy snow. Knowing that I have three children under years of age and like I said I professionally gave my two weeks notice as anybody should do when they leave a company however, they fired me on the spot, not caring how much I sacrificed for the company when I would go out at 2 o'clock in the morning to go do a call they help I would leave and go help them immediately. I've seen them perform acts of Plumbing without licensed employees and without filing permits I do not advise anybody to use this company that treats their employees unprofessionally as this. Just imagine how they'll treat their customers as someone who has worked behind the scenes at this company. Most of their professional supervisors are not even licensed and don't even know that a Sloan valve diaphragm has a bleed hole in the top two account for the negative pressure. Why would anybody trust this company to do any plumbing that doesn't know the basics most of the employees here don't even know how to solder. And they lack a professional equipment to do the job. this company does not care about its employees nor does it care about the customers they only care about the money. I have plenty of pictures where I posted onto the discord that I was putting in my two weeks where all of my supervisors were located. The older Devan Tackett is one of the most sneaky and corrupt business owners I've ever encountered in fact most of the small box stores that carries the most professional parts won't even do business with this main child of a leader. I'm sorry for so much hate in such a simple post, but I would never have dreamed that a professional that is a master plumber would fire somebody on the spot for giving a professional two week notice This is just got me worried about my previous customers that I have dealt with. I'm worried that they will now use my name as someone who has sacrifice countless hours to ensure that the employees got what they pay for but now all that they rely on unprofessional employees and supervisors. We had 3 other plumbers come to our house to determine what the water issue in our yard was, as well as the unusual chemical smell (non sulfer or sewer) we occassionally got. We called ClogBusterz because we wanted a company that would use a camera. Ethan came out the first time and immediately diagnosed the issue, without using the camera. We were embarking on a larger scale patio build, and during the foundation work the experienced landscape design company ran into additional water issues when the yard was dug up. Two of the workers had plumbing experience. They felt we had a leak somewhere to cause all the water We called Ethan back who did additional troubleshooting to confirm his original diagnosis was correct. I have had several plumbers sent to my house to look at our sewer pipe. None of them could figure out what was wrong. When Robert arrived at 3510 Winchester Rd. in Louisville Ky. He did some troubleshooting and he found out we needed a new sewer line and got our homeserve insurance to pay for it. they were very professional and hard working. I was impressed they were working in the snow and rain and cold weather to get my sewer line running again. i have been very happy with them and will call them in the future if i need any plumbing services. I needed my anode rods changed and figured I could handle it myself, but they would not budge no matter what I tried. I called a company out and was quoted a ridiculous price. I then called Clog Busterz, and they sent out Jesse L. Jesse came in, assessed the situation, and tried a few different approaches until he was able to successfully remove the anode rods from both water heaters.
