From our initial meeting forward we enjoyed a very positive experience and are thrilled with the final installation. Our interactions received prompt, thorough and professional service. In fact, every interaction was kind and straight forward. Installation included 1800sf of engineered hardwood flooring. The crew was exceptional... very polite, on time, clean and meticulous over details from floor prep to installation. My project, being an older home, posed a few challenges and the installation crew took no shortcuts in overcoming every obstacle. I do not say this lightly... they met or exceeded every expectation and I'm not an easy customer to please. They just completed my installation about an hour ago and I was genuinely excited to offer a review. He had to call the 811 number to get the ground marked for other lines and did so as an emergency (he initially said it takes them around 48 hrs but put it in as emergency). We had rose bushes with pavers and at the end they made sure the pavers went back in place(I honestly wasn't expecting them to do this) and even after I told them to take the rose bush up if they had to they didn't even come close to it. Even tho they had to dig the length of our yard it looks so good. The guy who put the dirt back really did a great job with leveling it out and making it look good. I was hesitant to write this review because I realize everyone has a bad day. The movers were 2…read morehours late because they had been scheduled another move the same day- which took them 5 hours. They worked hard but were tired and careless- damaging 5 pieces of furniture (1of which was not repairable and will cost me as much money to replace because it was part of a set). As a result of being late, I did not get moved out of my house by the deadline. I should have known items would be damaged as the truck looked like the Clampetts truck from the Beverly Hillbillies. This was frustrating because I had spent hours prepping the boxes for this move and had moved most items to a central location for them to load from. Upon arrival to our new home, the items were just thrown randomly into the garage- found several boxes I had marked fragile turned upside down. The most disappointing part of this experience is that I was charged the quoted full price for the move and only offered a small reimbursement for the chair that was broken. I was told multiple times "what can we do to make this right"; however, these were just hollow words. My request was just refund me the move. I was told they were unable to do this, but offered me a credit for a future move up to the price of this move. So you can't refund me this move, but can offer credit- puzzling. Like I said, everyone has a off day. When that happens, the key is how does the company rectify the issue. This company spoke a good game but failed to deliver.
