I am so happy that I read the other reviews and decided to give them a call! The woman on the phone was very pleasant in collecting my information and assured me they could take care of our problem. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and had our air back on that evening! Chris was our service tech and was really friendly and professional. He quickly identified our problem (clogged condensation line) and resolved our issues. He was even able to install a device that will prevent our system from overflowing in the future. I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out. What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. The wires were touching & shorting out the unit. I spent almost 4 days in 87° in the house & I'm 69 yo with health problems. The girls in the office WOULD NOT send out a tech to fix what the 1st guy couldn't. The unit worked for 2 weeks. They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. I never once swore at them & let me tell you I was in distress!!!!! I asked the girl if I had to kiss her butt to get a tech out here & she said no but I do have to pay $189. Let me add that I am taking this co to court to pay for the 2nd co that came out here to fix what they REFUSED TO FIX. I feel sorry for the owner of this company cuz it's his office staff that's gonna put him outta business.
