They were able to schedule a same day appointment and had our air back on that evening! Chris was our service tech and was really friendly and professional. He quickly identified our problem (clogged condensation line) and resolved our issues. He was even able to install a device that will prevent our system from overflowing in the future. I went down to my mothers house and diagnosed it as a bad start capacitor. I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out. The unit is now 38 years…read moreold and when I called ADA for an estimate on replacing my system they were very reasonable. They had my new unit ordered and installed in less than 1 week! Mr. James Huff and Mr. Denith Miller were the technical professionals that installed my unit. They were absolutely the best installers that I have every used in my home. They were very professional. I have an odd furnace filter on my unit and Mr. Huff took the time to tell me what I needed and showed me how to make sure the filter fits the unit and goes in properly. Mr. Huff and Mr. Miller were very kind and answered all my questions. They did not leave the house until I was 100% satisfied with my new unit. ADA backs all of their work and units. What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. The girls in the office WOULD NOT send out a tech to fix what the 1st guy couldn't. The unit worked for 2 weeks. To save me money I bought the furnace and AC unit online, much cheaper than having them buy it for me. Kentucky Climate tech charges $59 just to come out and look and then they tell me they don't install anything unless it's bought thru them. I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more. NO thank you, their site says customer friendly, yes only if you play dumb and buy from them, and on internet you can get everything same quality just cheaper.
