Jeremy said he would take care of us and he did. Our old unit of 21 years quit on us several times and his service crew kept it going until we could get a break in the weather to have our new unit installed. They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. I never once swore at them & let me tell you I was in distress!!!!! I asked the girl if I had to kiss her butt to get a tech out here & she said no but I do have to pay $189. Let me add that I am taking this co to court to pay for the 2nd co that came out here to fix what they REFUSED TO FIX. I went down to my mothers house and diagnosed it as a bad start capacitor. I called jones Saturday and told them my mom needs a 55/5 UF capacitor and I asked if he had one in stock it turned out he did have the exact capacitor we needed on his truck and came by within the hour to install it. They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out. I will be calling for any future HVAC issues that we may need.
