I went to my Yelp app to read reviews and was surprised to find the app has a referral service. I took a look at Southern Heating and Cooling. The referral service on Yelp put me in touch with Southern Heating and Cooling and I had help on the way for Wednesday. He quoted me his service call price which I really liked. Other heating and cooling contractors also responded,but Southern was the first to give me a price. Spencer was the technicians name and he arrived within minutes of his appointment time. He went to work quickly , checking inside and out. Within a few minutes I had the diagnosis. Mini split was done and needed replaced. He had to order a new mini split and it would be in tomorrow. He told me the price and how long it would take to install and then the time he would take to install the new one . He came the next day and began. He worked efficiently and steady . Spencer also covered his shoes when entering the house to help keep my house clean. He brought another guy this trip named Jeff. They worked well together and i a few hours I was cool again. The amount he quoted on Tuesday was the same as on Wednesday. I will call Southern Heating & Cooling again, You should consider calling them too.
