I boght a MRCOOL system over the summer for $4691.91. Due to issues on my side, could bot get it…read moreinstalled for a few months. So when i did contact them to get it installed, i called one of their installers to do the install. We had scheduled it to be completed a few days later, but that along with the next 2 times that he didnt show was 2 more weeks. When he did arrive to look at the system before he started, he found that the inside air handler was a different tonnage than the outside unit. 3.5 original tonnage with system that had been 23 yrs old. And the inside was a 3 ton. He said the air return section wasn't built right and they used wood where normally it would be metal sheeting for the return section and that my current ductwork wouldn't handle the flow of air from the new system. He said he'd tell Rick that evening about it, said he could bring a new one that was smaller and work with the system better, and take the MRCOOL back and Rick and I would work out a deal. So I tried to call Rick the following morning and that's when I realized he wasn't going to return my messages or calls. 2 more weeks went by and I finally got ahold of Rick. He talked to the installer and installer said something different than I had told Rick. Long long story short I spent over $5100 total for this system, and I now can't get the installer or the owner to return any calls about installation. It seems they don't want the job now. Why is that? I'm a customer who needs a system that they sold me, to be installed. (HVAC OUTLET does installs) and they are not communicating at all now. So I've found a company here to take the job and they will install from there. For sales of equipment and systems, they are probably the cheapest,but for service after the sale, they aren't even a 1 star. They simply refuse to contact you back, you just don't reach them either.Its difficult if not impossible to get through to the one ypu need to speak with there. I have a brand new system and the company I bought it from has completely ignored my having bought anything from them in the past. Avoid, you won't be happy when it's all said and done. ​

After our basement…read moreflooded, Brandon stepped in and worked directly with our insurance company to help get our furnace and AC units replaced. He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely prompt coming out the same day to assess the situation and immediately getting the process moving. Brandon handled everything efficiently and had our new units installed quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. His communication and expertise really stood out throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Boyle Heating and Air and will definitely be using them again for any future needs.

Finally got a call asking the regular questions but when I mention to Paulette( ? Sp) She acted like my warranty would not cover the part.. that's odd cause it does. So after discussing with my husband, I called the Goodman manufacture and the cover all parts Even the one they repaired up to year 2022 . So today I called and talked the same lady Paulette and she started her same old attitude of it not being covered. She got nasty like the first time. She really needs a dose of Jesus. But anyways I gave her the number and serial numbers for her to call Goodman manufacture Now the company told me they needed the old part to do any reimbursement and if they dont have it they could credit it and I also told Paulette this but got that Sweet Nasty attitude. So now I'm waiting to see how this plays out 10$ part may not mean anything to Paulette as she said " it's just a 10 dollar part" as if it stupid to file but that 10$ to me is gas,insulin,or husband heart pills. Will update soon
