I drove 30+ miles round trip as his delivery driver and I received all of my money from the delivery service. Chad did not leave me any money as a tip. I picked up all of his stuff and hand delivered it to the door and they told me, "just leave it anywhere" and did not receive any type of gratuity in person either. This is the way that I provide for my family so to see that there are people in this town that will have you drive from Frankfort to Lawrenceburg and back with no tip is just sad. Do better.

I will never use Chad Pinkston again and if I was a home buyer, I would stay away from any home they wire. They do not know how to place wires in the center of a stud where drywall screws cant hit them. (see pics) They do not know how to center lights in a room, unless you have a +/- 1 foot tolerance. One of the pics shows where they installed the ceiling fan box and where the room center actually is when running string from the rooms corners. They also do not use nailing plates to protect their shady work. They didn't even run wires to my outside HVAC units. I had to go back and check and correct things and never complained about their job. It has been over a month since I last texted him about finishing up and still no response. He has cost me more money, time/delays because of the way he (Chad Pinkston) does business. I had to find someone else to finish the job. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Even if his quote is a little less, it will end up costing you!!! I am in Danville KY, not sure why it says San Francisco under my name.

He was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely prompt coming out the same day to assess the situation and immediately getting the process moving. Brandon handled everything efficiently and had our new units installed quickly, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. Finally got a call asking the regular questions but when I mention to Paulette( ? Sp) She acted like my warranty would not cover the part.. that's odd cause it does. So after discussing with my husband, I called the Goodman manufacture and the cover all parts Even the one they repaired up to year 2022 . So today I called and talked the same lady Paulette and she started her same old attitude of it not being covered. She got nasty like the first time. She really needs a dose of Jesus. But anyways I gave her the number and serial numbers for her to call Goodman manufacture Now the company told me they needed the old part to do any reimbursement and if they dont have it they could credit it and I also told Paulette this but got that Sweet Nasty attitude. So now I'm waiting to see how this plays out 10$ part may not mean anything to Paulette as she said " it's just a 10 dollar part" as if it stupid to file but that 10$ to me is gas,insulin,or husband heart pills.
