They charged a very reasonable $65 service call fee and no extra for a weekend appointment. Now my mom's air conditioner is working again. It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out. We expected Darian to do the work but he never came to follow up and inspect. our soffit was messed up and then our dining room outlets began to go out. Darian sent one of his employees back to check the outlets and stated he'd have to run new wiring to the dining room for $500 extra. We decided to have another electrician come and trouble shoot the problem. the culprit was a cut wire to the dining room that Darian's employee made when cutting the siding to put a timer in for the recessed lighting. when Darian was confronted he stated that his employee had informed him of the cut and had taped it up. It should have been spliced and reported to us -neither which happen. Fire hazard? Absolutely! Our new electrician spliced the wiring and it now fixed properly and professionally. Darien and informed us that our warrantee on the recessed lighting is now void because we got another electrician to fix the problem - a problem is employee created. This company lacks transparency and honesty. Stay away!
