Mr. James Huff and Mr. Denith Miller were the technical professionals that installed my unit. They were absolutely the best installers that I have every used in my home. They were very professional. I have an odd furnace filter on my unit and Mr. Huff took the time to tell me what I needed and showed me how to make sure the filter fits the unit and goes in properly. Mr. Huff and Mr. Miller were very kind and answered all my questions. They did not leave the house until I was 100% satisfied with my new unit. ADA backs all of their work and units. I am so happy that I read the other reviews and decided to give them a call! The woman on the phone was very pleasant in collecting my information and assured me they could take care of our problem. They were able to schedule a same day appointment and had our air back on that evening! Chris was our service tech and was really friendly and professional. He quickly identified our problem (clogged condensation line) and resolved our issues. He was even able to install a device that will prevent our system from overflowing in the future. I'm not sure how they are with everything else but apparently their "tech" for washing machines clearly does not have any idea what he's doing.

I'm a senior citizen on Social Security and he's trying to make me pay with ZERO services rendered! Please use anyone else!
