Kept in touch as to time of apt and when on the way. Kenny explained everything that was done and something I would not have known about but if he had not found the 2nd issue that may have hindered the water filter issue and fixed it I probably would have had to buy a new appliance. GREAT COMPANY!!!!

I went to my Yelp app to read reviews and was surprised to find the app has a referral service. I took a look at Southern Heating and Cooling. The referral service on Yelp put me in touch with Southern Heating and Cooling and I had help on the way for Wednesday. He quoted me his service call price which I really liked. Other heating and cooling contractors also responded, but Southern was the first to give me a price. Spencer was the technicians name and he arrived within minutes of his appointment time. He went to work quickly , checking inside and out. Within a few minutes I had the diagnosis. Mini split was done and needed replaced. He had to order a new mini split and it would be in tomorrow. He told me the price and how long it would take to install and then the time he would take to install the new one . He came the next day and began. He worked efficiently and steady . Spencer also covered his shoes when entering the house to help keep my house clean. He brought another guy this trip named Jeff. They worked well together and i a few hours I was cool again. The amount he quoted on Tuesday was the same as on Wednesday. I will call Southern Heating & Cooling again, You should consider calling them too.

Since first using Chill Electric when a tree fell and tore the electric lines from our house, we've…read moreused Chill Electric two more times. And with all of our experiences, Chad, Chris, Tabitha and the entire Chill team have been professional, efficient and knowledgeable. We've contracted with Chill to repair and update the electrical lines as part of a kitchen renovation in our income property. With this, I can say that Chill was a definite partner. They worked with our contractor and gave great recommendations. It was easy to schedule with them, and the work was done on time. And then earlier this week, we brought Chill to our new home to make some fixes. A group of lights in a bathroom and an outdoor light and outlet weren't working, among some other things. These all ended up being super quick fixes, and I appreciated that Chris showed me what he did and explained it so I could do it on my own if one of the problems comes back. Can't say enough great things about them.

For instance, I had all the duct work replaced for better efficiency (suggested by an energy audit from KU.) Stewart's made an assessment, suggested maybe I not replace--but if I was going to, to wait until they had a lull in their schedule, so pricing would be significantly less. I've used them for almost 20 years. In that time they've replaced our gas furnace, fixed our AC (and suggested we keep it until it REALLY broke--it was really old but well built), replaced all duct work... and in the midst of the pandemic rebuilt the motor on that old AC to keep it running until the order for a new one came through. I can't sing their praises enough. They're my "Yeah, I got a guy."
