We received superb service and when we realized the crew had laid plastic everywhere in the house that they would be, we knew this was our new hvac servicer. I never knew we could have such a relationship with our HVAC company. I will never use anyone else. They really care about the customers.

The next day it still didn't work so they came aback out and told her she needs a whole new system that's gonna cost her over $11000.. now why did they charge her the day before 480 dollars to just tell her the next day she needs a new unit?? This place is a rip off like most I wouldn't recommend it and I won't be calling them back. I suggest you all don't call these rip off artists either. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

What they don't understand is that I DID find a reputable company that came out & fixed my unit that their guy couldn't. I was told it was the wire nut. The wires were touching & shorting out the unit. I spent almost 4 days in 87° in the house & I'm 69 yo with health problems. The girls in the office WOULD NOT send out a tech to fix what the 1st guy couldn't. The unit worked for 2 weeks. They told me that meant it was fixed & they were gonna charge me $189 for a tech to come out. I asked them why they wouldn't honor the 30 day warranty!! They don't care about anyone but their own GREEDY selves. Then they have the NERVE to reply with lies accusing me of cussing them out & all slanderous lies. I never once swore at them & let me tell you I was in distress!!!!! I asked the girl if I had to kiss her butt to get a tech out here & she said no but I do have to pay $189. Let me add that I am taking this co to court to pay for the 2nd co that came out here to fix what they REFUSED TO FIX. I feel sorry for the owner of this company cuz it's his office staff that's gonna put him outta business. They have no idea how corruption can destroy a person's reputation but they're soon gonna find out.

I'm speechless, 30 min job to run two copper hoses from furnace to AC all electrical is already there and they said "NO you have to buy it from us" which of course would cost me thousands more. NO thank you, their site says customer friendly, yes only if you play dumb and buy from them, and on internet you can get everything same quality just cheaper.

It's tough these days find someone who does what they say and keep their word, I always appreciate it when I find someone who does. Super nice guy and I appreciate you helping my mom out.
