I came in to trade in my iPhone 7plus for the newer XS series and had a great experience with the whole process. Was told I would be able to trade in my phone for the color I wanted and since I needed the phone that day I wasn't to concerned about color choice. No biggie, but when I came back to pick the gold color I wanted, I was told I would receive a call when it came in on Tuesday/Wednesday. I never got a call so I called Friday to check if it came in and Carlos told me that they had a gold phone for me in stock and would just put it on hold for me. Made no sense, if they had one, what was the point of telling me they'd order me one, and if it was in their inventory, they should have just called me to tell me. So I feel lied to when you order me a phone it's mine, not a phone to restock your inventory. So when I wasn't able to make it before closing we called the next morning and they said it should be here and when asked to check he said it would take at least 10 minutes to open the vault so not to worry it should be here (10 minutes to open a vault??). We drove out to the store to finally pick up the phone, all to be told by Carlos that their district manager took it upon him/herself to take the phone because they needed a phone. ???? And that I would have to come back to pick it up another day. Wow. Waste of my time, gas and on top of it all, lied to. No customer service skills by their team members and the lack of communication is ridiculous. All of this would have been easily avoided by a simple phone call to keep me informed and/or by just checking their safe to let me know whether the phone was there or not. I will not coming back to this location after I pick up my phone. Hopefully it will still be there when I return a fourth time. read more

This is not a corporate Verizon store. Their phone prices is not as it advertised online. During the sales pitch they will mention the cost of the phone as you know per online and then when you go to pick up the phone they will ask the you for $100 deposit and give you $100 worth of goodies... I waisted a lot of time here just because I wanted to get $200 rebate on my iPhone. Will never be going back. read more

Went in today just to see if I had insurance for my phone after water damage. Instead of just telling me the website to log onto to get a new phone, the employee, I forgot his name but he was Indian with long hair and an epic beard, helped me cut the price of my phone bill and I walked out of there with a new phone. This dude worked miracles. I definitely recommend this place to any Verizon customers. read more

This place is a joke, and I was lied to more than once. I wanted to switch my iphone7, a flip phone, and two ipads to Verizon from AT&T. They were unable to switch my iphone and flip phone, so I was forced to purchase a new iphone8 and flip phone. I was told my monthly payment would be around $145.00 with 4 gigabytes. I took my items home and within 1 hour I was getting text messages saying that I had gone over my usage. Apparently, I was given 1 gigabyte instead of the 4 I thought I had. I went back to the store yesterday and wanted to speak to the manager who wasn't in. I was promised a return call that day, but no one ever got back to me. This morning I received my first bill from Verizon (two days after my initial purchase) at the whopping price of $279.53, I was told by customer service that was for the set up fee $50.00 per phone, this charge was never explained to me when I set up service with Verizon. I am now planning on returning to the store today and will demand deactivation of all of my devices immediately. read more

Bait and switch experts. I thought I was purchasing a NEW hotspot with a $50 rebate. They even filled out the rebate card and addressed an envelop. I did not realize it was refurbished and did not qualify for the rebate. When I called, and stopped by, they kept saying they would get hold of the manager. I never received a call back and my emails are not being answered, they are marked as read. Sure it is never busy, but I bet I know why, people are telling their friends to stay clear. read more

This is my first and last time visiting this location. I came in to pay my bill and it was not remitted to the corporate office on time. Because of this, my service was disconnected and resulted in me paying a reactivation fee. I am highly unsatisfied with the service at this location and do not recommend anyone to visit this store. Great service! I've had this old droid phone for a very long time, so I was looking for a new phone since mine was starting to die very fast. I walked in and was greeted very welcomely by Daniel the assistant manager. He was very knowledgeable about his devices. I noticed that he had an iPhone so I thought he was going to try to sell me apple but instead he showed me the Samsung devices because he said I would be used to these devices since my old phone was a droid. Even before we started talking about phones he got to know a little about me, my work, my family, and even where I went to college. He truly cared about the customer and tried to find the best fit for me. I will definitely refer my friends and family to Daniel and his phenomenal team! They treated me better then the corporate store in porter ranch! read more

I went into the Granada hills location on Chatsworth, my old phone was acting up and David went over every option possible for me to get a phone. One of which was upgrading, I got me a new iPhone 8 silver which began to be defective. I called him to switch it out and if possible a different color so we tried every option and found out it was defective so he said he would swap it out for me and waive any fees and restocking due to the inconvenience. When I did come to replace it unfortunately the phone was defective as well, so he called a few stores and told the staff he was leaving for a funeral if someone could please call me as soon as it came in to exchange. I did not hear any call and realized it became after the return policy luckily I was able to speak with David who apologized about everything and made me feel he would take care of it and of course HE DID! I now have my new phone and it works great, he is the type of sales representative you want to have help you when you come into buy something especially something you use every single day. David was able to exchange even passed the 14 day return policy got didn't give me any issues, took care of everything possible to make sure I was happy. Thank you David I will be coming back in the future for anything I need or questions and already told friends and family if they ever want to go to Verizon to see him. I HIGHLY suggest anyone as well go see David you won't be dissapointent he knows what he's doing and actually follows up with you as a customers and genuinely cares. THANK YOU DAVID, for everything. I just brought two Samsung 7 devices and took advantage of ongoing promotions with Verizon. I was highly satisfied with the customer service and engagement level of Crystal Barrios and Alberto Barrios during this entire process of transaction. I visited the store couple of times before making the decision and each time Crystal and Alberto helped me walk through step by step process and made the customer experience very engaging, and I finally walked out of the store getting two S7 and lot of freebies! I would give this store a 0 if I could. Daniel Jaime is a SHADY salesman. He insisted that my mother and I take a jet pack device for free. When told that we didn't want it, he said that if we didn't take it for free he would have to charge us more. I finally took it telling him I was not going to use it. Well, it is not free!!!! It is $10 and tax extra a month. When I called him to complain, he said well you were paying $40 for 2 GB before now you are paying $40 for 1 GB...it is the same price. Actually, I could have saved $10 a month for something I didn't want or need. He must get commission because he told me to send in the rebate right away as he didn't want me to return it. I complained to Verizon and they said that this location is not a corporate store and they should not have sold me something I did not want. It took 4 hours for me to upgrade my phone in addition to being ripped off. He kept saying the manager will be right here with your phone. My elderly mother had to leave after that time and he told us to come back the next day at 11 a.m. and he would finish the transaction that we already paid for.When we arrived at 11. He was not there and the person on duty said they could not complete the transaction. Only Daniel could do it. We could not come back for a third time so after I insisted, we finally got the phone we paid for 1.5 hrs. later! Stay away from this store!!!! They say something is free and it is not. They should be shut down by Verizon. They give Verizon a bad name. I now have to spend $240 extra on my bill since I cannot cancel the jet pack for two years!!! That doesn't sound free to me! read more
