    1/12: went to upgrade 1/2 lines... the phone did not work after paying $80 for my upgrade! when i…read moretried to call out...it stated 'you have been routed to t-mobile & it looks like you have a sim card that is not yet activated'! the girl at the front stated it was because i had to pay $28 because 611 added insurance...only the store can add insurance not 611! & i just had paid my bill! they was lying to make me not question their actions! then the other girl chimed in that it takes 2 hours to start service once upgraded! i wanted a refund but they would not refund! 1/13: phone is still not working...i go back to the location & the owner states that it is the phone & he claimed he ordered a warranty replacement! 1/14: the # i upgraded is ringing to the old phone still...i go back in & request she fix it to ring to my second phone number! low & behold i hand her my phone (which she never saw the first visit) which is ringing inbound & outbound & texting perfectly fine just that it is ringing to the wrong #! she hands it back & i try to make a call & it states.. 'you have been routed to t-mobile & it looks like you have a sim card that i not yet activated'! at this point i realize she is messing my service up on purpose & it is not the phones...both phones are doing the same at this point! conclusion: i did not get service back until 6 days later once corporate investigated what she did...lololol! if your phone ever states... 'you have been routed to t-mobile & it looks like you have a sim card that is not yet activated'! after leaving this store...the girl did it on purpose! & they try to push you off to 611...they put your phone on the t-mobile network instead of the metro pcs network on purpose! & they will keep telling you it is active in their system & it is nothing they can do! also she added insurance & upgraded my plan from my $25 grand fathered plan to the $60 plan without my knowledge! the owner also is deceitful in his practices & condones this! also!!! the recent 5 star reviews are fake...go by the actual reviews and not the 4.1 or whatever star rating! my phone is working perfectly fine...since corporate removed what she did!

    There are two young ladies who are so professional and friendly. Every time I go with whatever…read moreissue they end up solving my problem. Can't be happier with this location.
