So when I was trying to buy my new phone, I told the consultant(Brian Loratto) that I was trying to buy my phone from that I wanted to get the iPhone SE prepaid with a 35$ prepaid card. Brian was having some trouble with the process because of some problems with the system so another coworker(Chloe) came over to help out. But she told Brian and I that the iPhone SE promotion only worked with a 45$ prepaid card. So I asked her again if she was sure and with absolute certainty she said yes it was the only way. I had asked about 3 times about the prepaid card. So I assumed that I didn't do enough research. However when Brian was on the phone with corporate working things out, my brother asked one more time with Brian can check up with corporate about the prepaid card and guess what?? THE 35$ CARD WORKS! I was pretty upset about this. Chloe was either ignorant about this, in this case she should've just double checked instead of asserting her opinion or she was trying to upsell, which is very unethical. Either way Chloe was VERY unprofessional. The only reason I am even giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because of how awesome Brian was. He was very helpful and friendly. If you ever decide to come here you should try to talk to Brian.

I left and went to Best Buy who didn't sell me the phone or have a contact with and they were willing to help. wanted to switch to t-mobile and my agent was very helpful. i was signing up for an age dependent…read moreplan but didn't know that i needed to be the primary account and i guess the agent didn't know either because he let my 28-year old partner be the primary. got our first bill and it was forty dollars more than the plan we signed up for. come to find out, the plan automatically switched to a plan where my partner is able to be the primary. t-mobile will not fix it. despite 2 calls and lots of conversation, they refuse to back up the agents lack of knowledge. they didn't stand behind their product but instead blamed it on a strict computer program. lamest excuse ever.
