I have to give high marks here because of the customer service we received while in store…read more Especially when they were short staffed and busy as all can be on a Thursday evening. We came here with what we wanted already in mind. My Dad had been wanting to get a Ring doorbell for some time and just never stopped anywhere to get one. Since we already knew we were going to be in the area we made a plan to come in. Once we were in the store we made our way over to where they were and had a bit of a wait. This is the only downfall here. We had no idea that they were short staffed and were getting a little miffed that we weren't being helped. When we got to the display area for the Rings there were at least two associates there. They were helping someone and once they finished up with that customer we thought they would come back to help us. No dice. We stood around for a bit and I eventually made my way to the front of the store and asked the lady sitting by the door if we could get some help. This is when she informed me that they were short staffed and those associates that were at the display and then disappeared were 'truck staff.' I guess that means they unload product off the truck and bring it to the floor to be stocked. After a few more minutes of waiting we finally had someone to help us. We told them what we wanted. At first we were told they didn't have it. We all know that Best Buy has those nifty price displays that will tell you if and if not they have a product. Going by that we knew that it was in stock. Well there were multiple displays and one showed they didn't have any in stock. They searched the cases moving things around to make sure that they were not hidden behind other product. We were told they may not have it but to hold on a minute. Both associates, yes we wound up with two at that point when we initially had none, had disappeared. We thought that meant we were done for. The one associate had gone to the back and luck was on our side. They had the doorbell, it just hadn't been taken off the truck yet. This associate, I really wish I had gotten his name, had to climb a bit in the truck to find the doorbell and he brought it out to us. That associate deserves some kind of raise or recognition. He was very helpful. He finished the transaction for us and we made our way out the door with the doorbell and not needing to make another stop on our way home.

Stopped by to check out some deals and ended up getting a laptop on sale, so no complaints there…read more The store has a decent selection and the process was pretty smooth. Nothing exceptional but overall a solid experience if you're looking for electronics at a good price.

Ugh, if I didn't have to, I would not have stopped here. Before my trip I needed to stop and grab…read morean extra power cord. I had did that the day prior and when I got home and opened the package to pack the cord noticed that it was damaged to the point that it was not usable. I figured that I would just stop along my travel and exchange the broken one for a new one. GPS will show you where to go when you don't know the area. Exactly what happened here. I wish now that I would have went elsewhere. I walked in and went to the area they had setup for customer service. Told them that all I wanted to do was exchange it for exactly what I had. They kept the item and I went back to the electronics department to find my replacement. I searched and searched and searched for a replacement. I wasn't seeing what I needed. I went to look for an associate to see if I am just blind or if they were indeed out of the item. When I saw an associate I went over and asked if I could get some help. It was a bit funny, I had asked one and had two come to help me. When I pointed out the item that I needed she used her little scanner thing and scanned the peg. Her database was telling her that there were two of them in stock. But not on the peg. We looked through every peg as a just in case. Nothing. Walked the department to make sure there wasn't a display with them on, nothing. Then the truth comes out. They had no one with knowledge of the department currently working. So even though the associate was answering my questions, her knowledge of the department was nil. She was just giving a blanket answer. Working retail prior in my life I would have gone to the back to check and see if it was just sitting on a shelf waiting to be placed on the floor. Or at least that's what I used to do when working. We would constantly pull items from the back to see if they could go out, if they didn't, they just went back to the back. I ended up just buying the charging cord that was shorter because it was needed and I didn't have any other time to stop elsewhere before reaching my destination. Went to the front and told the associate I was dealing with what the situation is. This is the irritating part. For me exchanging an item that was damaged to no fault of my own and having to get an item that was similar but not exact, I could receive the difference back to me via put back on my debit card (which is my money and basically cash in these days) or I could receive it back as store credit. For real, you think I want to carry around a gift card with like two dollars on it. I guess I'll just wait the three to five business days for it to show back up in my banking account.

Neat, tidy and well stocked, even if they didn't have a paid of dress slacks in my size…read more It's the same exact layout that I've seen in other Target stores and that includes the wide aisles, the same clothing in women's and men's and kidswear, plus electronics and food (limited produce and meat) and personal care. Open late, too. The sign said 10 pm!
