I've been here a few times and had a more or less easy experience. Today, I needed to get a replacement phone since mine was broken. The manager checked me in and I explained exactly what I needed to do, and that my phone was under warranty, and he told me they could help me. Then I got the salesman, James. James had a giant attitude and a huge chip on his shoulder. He rudely told me I needed to go home and call Verizon myself. I told him I wasn't aware of that, and that wasn't what the manager had said, but since I was here could we take care of it in person? He really didn't want to, slammed the phone around, and kept telling me I could just do this myself "in the comfort" of my own home, talking under his breath the whole time. Once he navigated through the phone system, he stuck the phone in my face and told me I needed to talk to them and take care of it. Sad, sad excuse for customer service. James needs an attitude adjustment. read more
